Worst of all, two calls to the location and no one picked up. Do not buy from here unless you want to get scammed.

I don't use delivery, I order online and pick up the pizza myself.My choice is Epic Stuffer Crust, Alfredo Sauce + toppings as desired. It's hot, delicious every time. Not once have there been any delays. Maybe 5-10 minutes tops, but there are people working in the kitchen, not machines, it's hard for them to give everything out on time with a high workload. Please be patient and understanding

Avoid this place, terrible service, arrogant employee. Rude responses. Zero customer service. No one bothers to pick up phone. Check your order before you leave from the store. Otherwise they will say when it leaves you need to check before serving. They don't check the diet resteictions and won't expect a responsible answer even if your kid suffers from allergy after having the pizza. They always in ear phones talking to someone with out any attention to prep and packing. I am not even sure whether the owner cares about his franchise by keeping irresponsible, rude and incompetent staff.Vegetarian options: Check your order they mix up veg with chicken. They don't know the difference of pine apple and chicken

5/5 when they deliver themselves. 1/5 when they outsource the delivery to DoorDash even when ordering directly from the store. DoorDash takes extra 50-70 minutes to deliver once they pick up the order and it won’t be hot.As long as you don’t order delivery then you should be fine.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza and have been served with chicken pizza. Zero customer service. The kids have to stay hungry as I have to arrange other food. When I tried calling they didn’t even bother to answer. Their customer service too tried. Nor the manager or any one came to the phone. The employee in the front lied to me stating the phone lines are not working and I dialed from there it was ringing .The employee who works there is so rude and arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend this place.. The answer he came up was the trainee mixed up the pizza. They didn’t know the difference between chicken and a pine apple. He arrogantly asked me to get out and the manager has to intervene to resolve. I wonder how this place is still open with such a bad customer service.

I regret to say that our recent experience ordering pizza through the app was extremely disappointing. Despite placing the order at 4:30 pm and receiving a notification at 5:30 pm that it was ready for pickup, we encountered numerous delays upon arrival. Initially informed of a technical issue with the app, we were assured the pizza would be prepared shortly. However, after multiple inquiries and reassurances of imminent readiness, the pizza did not materialize until 6:35 pm, a two hour and five minutes later than expected. Upon receipt, we found the pizza and wings to be disappointingly cold, indicating they had likely been left sitting out for an extended period. This prolonged wait and subpar quality significantly inconvenienced us, as we had guests waiting at home for over two hours. Additionally, the lack of accountability and dismissive response from the staff further compounded our dissatisfaction. Regrettably, based on this experience, we cannot recommend ordering from this establishment.

First of the owners dosent care how this place is going. If he did, he would look at the comments left by the people on here. I used to work for this company.1st,they are always short on staff.2ndThe employees need training on how to deal with customers better.3rdThey are short on staff because the owner trying to save money. Which hurts business more because nothing gets done.4thThe drivers they hire are the brightest .The people who take orders need to ask for more information so the drivers can accomplish their delivery better.This place can be awesome. But it all starts with the owner.He is too busy making money on school orders and rock an jump.The truth hurts, but that is what the evidence is showing on here.
2/3 of order ready 10 minutes early. Last 1/3 took another 25 minutes! When I got home 2/3 was Luke warm at best after traveling in my insulated carrier. They would have shorted me on blue cheese for wings if I didn't check before I left. Their industrial warmers are useless if an order has to wait 5 minutes!
