As much as I love pool and $2 drafts, Rack Em Up is not a cool hang out joint. Someone who's desperate to entertain a ragged guest for a cheap date'd feel at home here. The glasses were murky and I had to sustain on gross accoutrements. Management doesn't ever show itself and the pool equipment was haphazardly lying around everywhere. Do yourself a favor and skip this bacterial wasteland. Especially now because Covid's surging.

I intended to play a game or two of 2-ball Cicero on a night after work. Nice clean bar area with plenty of tables. I, however, was shocked at how disgusting the place was kept. The more you walk around the bar and the pool hall the more you realize how dusty and decrepit it is now. Not a lot of people really working behind the bar and so the service was really slow. Drinks are overpriced and low quality. Selection of alcohol was narrow. You can tell the interior hasn't been refurbished since the Bush administration. For if they'd give more effort, Rack Em Up may have been deserving of 2-stars. Honestly, one of the worst sports bars I've ever laid eyes on. I would rather drink beer out of a rental shoe at the bowling alley next door. The village board ought to run an audit and get this place back on the ball. Closing down this bar should augur well.

I’d sub for another pool hall. I was going to give it an ordinary review, but not anymore. Stopped in to drink cheep bear and work on my bank shots. The place was packed with locals. Usually there’s drink specials every night so that is that. An embarrassingly short menu maps out a really sad selection of food options. Forgive me for being a critic, on the other hand it must not be overlooked that Rack ‘Em Up is not kind towards its guests. My little tip is to pack your own kind bars and wipe down the pool queues before and after your done playing.

Regulation sized pool tables, nice little bar on the side, very clean, pleasant ambience, no loud music. Best part is, finally found a decent place to shoot pool!

Friendly staff - great bartenders - typical Buffalo Grove customers. Must be 21 to enter due to the gaming. Lots of pool tables available and nobody cared that we were really awful pool players who just wanted a good time. Come here for a good time with friends.
