Ordered one 16 inch double dough and one 12 inch thin pizza 16 inch was not double dough and the 12 inch was not thin also Ordered the dough nuggets and they were soft and mushy.Think this will be last time I order from here.

Alrighty than... I have been ordering my deep dish from Lou's for over 22 yrs. If you love it you stick to it correct? Thought I would try Rosati's for a change and ohh my... glad I did.Lots of toppings...fantastic tomatoes..perfectly done...taste was spot on...some of the best I have had. Knowing I have had over 400 in the last 20 yrs or so. I always thought they were a secondary pizza place for me & my friends. I WAS WRONG !LOVED IT AND WILL ORDER AGAIN SOON. NOUF SAID ...hold on one more thing it was GREAT DEEP DISH ! ! ! ( No I have not been drinking)

I have never been more frustrated with a restaurant before in my entire life. We ordered from Grubhub before, they messed it up and it was delivered late. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Order canceled. Gave it a couple months, just ordered again. Waited an hour and a half and nothing. Chatted Grubhub, they say the order is on the way... called, and welp, the restaurant says the order doesn't exist in their system. Ummm what? Avoid this place at all costs.

I asked for fresh jalapeños on pizza the guy on the phone said yes they are, told him did not want dilled. What did I get?! Dilled? Pizza was not thoroughly cooked, just awful. Threw it away. Plus delivery forgot to deliver. Prolly won’t be ordering from there which is sad.

Delicious pizza! Especially the veggie pizzas, hard to find good veggie pizzas and they consistently deliver! Jalapeno poppers good and spicy. Delicious bread sticks. Good wings (wish they were labeled but all were good). Thank you, Rosati's.
Pizza crust was undercooked but the worst was delivery by Eduardo who got somewhat violent and stormed off because I would not take his phone and sign my name after already signing the paper receipts. NOTE< THIS IS A NEW SCAM WHERE THEYGET YOUR SIGNATURE SAVED TO THEIR PHONE AND USE IT FOR ILLEGAL PURCHASES.

Both food and especially delivery were horrible. The pizza crust was very undercooked and the delivery guy, JORGE, was the most angry unfriendly man I ever met. He gave me 2 receipts to sign, I did and then asked him which one was his and he tried to hand me his phone to sign on, when I refused to take his phone he got almost violent, stormed off without taking any receipts or his cash tip. I slammed my door and immediately called management, KAREN, who apologized and said she would address this. Never ordering from them again.

We were visiting friends in the area and so glad we decided on Rosati’s rather than other options in the area. We placed a large delivery order; mainly vegetarian deluxe pizza’s. They offer a gluten free crust option for those in need fries and onion rings as sides and everything arrived perfectly! Prompt service and everything was delicious. Keep up the great work team. You are all doing a great job! Definitely recommend if you live or are in the area.
