One of my go to Starbucks. When I walk in, someone always yells “good morning,” or “welcome,” or “hi!” I usually see familiar baristas, so that always gives me confidence in a store.Drinks are always made properly. They are usually super busy, but will always tell me they’ll be right with me if they can’t get back to me. I’ve never had problems at this Starbucks. The times for pickup are usually spot on. Nothing but good things to say! Great location. Positive staff/vibe even when it’s busy!! They’re always on time with my mobile orders. There was a gal that helped me out when I messed up my own order. Mel was so understanding and awesome! She took care of me with no problem. You guys are my day makers!! Keep it up

The coffee feels like burned which is not how a typical Starbucks coffee tastes. Tried a couple times here and still the same.Otherwise, the place is very nice, especially for Christmas. The staff feels overwhelmed. They try their best to be nice but you have to wait longer than at other locations.
