This place got relocated and remodeled from the previous location. If I would to eyeball it, slightly smaller than their original location. I do like the fact you can get sashimi, limit two per roll, at the all you can eat sushi. We have gone here three times since the remodel. Food is good and service is good overall. But two out of the three times, our food came out reaaaaally slow. We are talking about 45-min to almost an hour between rounds. Twice we were there for over 2.5hrs, only to get in two rounds of sushi. To a point where the last time, I left there hungry, but I didn't want to wait 3hrs for food, as much as I love food. Beware of slow food output in peak hours. I hope they remediate this BATHROOM REVIEW: located near the middle side of the restaurant, bathroom was immaculate. I would hope so since it got remodeled. Overall, a nice peeing experience. Sit or squat? Sit!

Everything was great . New location is brighter than the old place. Sushi is so good for an AYCE restaurant. Have been going here for years and have never had a bad meal. I have ordered off the regular menu and that was also was very good. Their fried rice is delicious. I keep going back again and again,!

I hate leaving bad reviews but sometimes a taste of reality is what businesses need in order to improve, if they’re even willing to do so. I was disappointed with this place. They really don’t put any passion or effort into designing their sushi rolls. They are rather plain (no decoration), loaded up with rice (to fill you up faster in buffet mode) and not very appetizing. Each of the rolls I ordered were lacking wasabi and ginger in the plates. Normally, I get wasabi by default as I dilute that in my soy sauce to add extra kick. This is a standard offering at most other sushi places, but wasn’t the case here. Another detracting factor is that my two rolls took 30 minutes to create. Sitting there waiting for them without any reassurance or brief check-in from waiting staff was a bit displeasing. The crab rangoons were mostly dough with tiny sliver of crabmeat inside. Just overall disappointing. I will not be coming back here unless the staff and business owners put more passion and pride into their work and reflect that onto their customers. Little things like focusing on the design of the rolls, adding a tiny dollop of wasabi onto the plate and having wait staff check in with you occasionally to make sure you’re good can go a long way.

When these sushi open everything was good. But 6 months later sushi changed. When you are taking for 25 $ sushi they give you good sushi. But if you are taking more sushi they gave you terrible sushi. I don’t recommend this place.

We tried coming here last night (Friday) It was going to be next to Impossible to get in or be an extraordinarily long wait. So we opted for lunch today. While the menu is smaller for all you can eat so was the price so that was a bonus! Our sushi was delicious! The rice was nice and fluffy and the seafood was very fresh! Although their "spicy" is a bit more than I'm used to, it wasn't too much. It's a cute calm place and pretty quiet for as crowded as it was. Our server was very attentive and very nice! This was a great weekend afternoon choice for a quick and tasty lunch ! I'm very glad we included it as part of our girls weekend plan!

The sushi was terrible. I took their action all for $25. They pour oil on top so you can eat less. I visited this restaurant several times. However, it was the last. They began to save a lot on ingredients.

Oh my god, this place has the worst service ever!!! I have been to this restaurant many times before, but last night's dinner was by far the worst. I'm not sure if the staff has changed or if the manager has changed, but their attitude has been extremely unfriendly from the first time we came in. He ignored us and spoke to us in an annoyed tone. Also, our waitress, a woman with a mole around her mouth, got our order wrong 3 times and never came to our table to take our order unless I called her directly. The wait time to get our order was an hour, and can you imagine our outrage when the sushi we finally got after such a long wait was the wrong, worst quality sushi? She didn't even apologize properly, but instead was rude to us! Our pre-meeting dinner together was completely ruined, and we wasted two hours eating poorly prepared sushi. We were late for our appointment! Thank you so much for serving us the worst sushi ever, we wasted $33 dollars.

We ordered spicy crab salad two different times yet they missed the order two times. Service was immaculate and perfect and the food was wonderful. I just wish they wouldn't have forgotten the spicy crab salad.

Sushi Grove used to be one of our favorite spots for all you can eat sushi. Since their move and remodel due to the construction, there are several aspects of the experience that are lacking.First, there is no longer any waiting area for people when they come in to eat and are just made to stand in between the 2 dining areas. The first problem with this is that it is very uncomfortable, but the second problem is more of a food safety issue. Due to the waiting area and hostess stand being between the 2 seating areas, all of the food being brought out for anyone in the area beyond the hostess stand is walked through the crowd of people waiting for a table. So the food on trays is exposed to everyone standing over it and brushing by their bodies. It feels gross. Additionally, the new layout of the restaurant has the bathrooms really close to the eating area, making for a bit of a smell.Secondly, the portion sizes have shrunk vastly with the re-open of sushi grove, which weren't very large to begin with as it's an all-you-can-eat style, you can always order more food. However, the pricing didn't change much, so that isn't much of an issue. But, the quality of the fish seems to have declined and the rolls just weren't as tasty.Lastly, the staff leaves much to be desired. Our waiter was very nice and attentive, however, the hostess, a young lady, did nothing more than stand around looking at her phone for most of the time we were waiting for our table. The front of house manager was running around trying to take care of everyone waiting and the young girl seemed to just not care, even leaning against the bar chatting with other servers and ignoring new people as they entered the restaurant.Sadly, I don't think we will be returning here.
