Normally I love panera but when I stopped by this location a few times in the past couple months, the interactions I have had and even witnessed were unpleasant, it does not have the best atmosphere so for that reason it is 1 star. I started to prefer any other panera location instead.

My favorite place! No adding, not withholding!Most of the panera bread I visited was the best place to be.Even though they make some errors. They are approachable to get it fixed. I enjoy Panera Bread.I hope all of their food get the highest ratings in food quality based on healthy food qualities.I know it will happen in time.Pesticides are not good for us....We may sometimes require food not based on season...so the responsibility may be on us, as well, why food is full of pestecides and preservatives....that unfortunately do not do much of good for us.I love their hot Caffee latte with Almond Milk!BTW: my opinion may be a little biased ?My favorite place! Nothing more nothing less!Most of the Panera Breads I have visited have been the best place.Even though they make some mistakes. They are available to fix it. Make sure to check your order before you leave twice now they forgot items from my order. On 1/14/2023 I placed my order on the app walked in and the associate was making my food and I watched the screen say they are checking the order but apparently they skip that step. On my 1/6 I went for breakfast and they took my order through the drive through and when I got home my sausage egg and cheese beagle had no sausage on it and was drenched in Chipotle Aioli sauce. Now I am waiting for vouchers for Pick Twos to show up in the mail but it is going on over a week and nothing yet.Verify your food before you leave

Drove up at 4pm and my coffee was really cold. Coffee should always be hot. Bad experience was looking forward to an afternoon coffee. Was too faraway when I noticed, had to throw away and went to Dunkin Donuts.

This location is horrible. Ordered today and my sandwich had no meat and pretty much just cheese on it when it was supposed to be a chicken avocado sandwich. Cheddar broccoli soup with thin like water Then the time before this I ordered from here they gave me a barbecue chicken sandwich when it was supposed to be a avocado chicken sandwich I always have problems with this location will not be back call customer service and got a credit. If you want to go to this location make sure you check your bag before leaving

The price charged is outrageous especially the potions that are chinsy. The bread was absolutely uneatable Way too hard. Their turkey chili was delicious and I bought the bowl size even sprung for the bread bowl. Grub hub delivered my order and it was $37. And the portions were about 6oz. The squash soup was gross and one of my dogs didn't want to eat it. I can't see this business lasting very long. Two thumbs down ??
