They have weird ice balls, and the coffee is always watered down by the time you pick it up even if you order it right before you get there and it tastes disgusting. I have never had a good coffee from this location. They seriously should get sued for how messed up their parking lot is, you can’t get in and you can’t get out and the drive-through line never moves. It takes forever to get a drink.

The employees of this establishment make my Hot Carmel Macchiato the best, and I am picky, so I do decaf extra pumps of vanilla, three sugar packets stirred in, and two on the side. I bring my favorite cup that I purchased from Starbucks. The employees are courteous and nice. Some other locations are not as friendly as this one. Did I mention lots of caramel Drizzle and always lots of crema!!!!!

African American lady with glasses and a little older in age was very rude. I had asked for extra cream in my brown sugar espresso and she answered with an attitude saying “ extra cream on WHAT? “ her face said it all. Starbucks shouldn’t have people working there if they’re going to have that type of attitude with customers. She might not need the job, maybe that’s why she’s acting like that towards people. This wasn’t the first incident with her either, my father had the same problem with her as well.

Drive thru was very backed up so figured I would just go inside to order. There was only one person that ordered ahead of me inside. I ordered 2 lattes and was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. I understand that they were short staffed since this is the new normal nowadays. But considering there was only 1 order ahead of me inside, I found this to be a very unreasonable time frame. The drive through can only process one order at a time anyway, so why would I have to wait 30 minutes in store? I chose not to wait. Will not return to this store if it remains that poorly managed.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to I waited for my coffee for 20 minutes and ended walking out the we're not even that busy the girl's making the coffee has no sense of urgency it doesn't take 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee.

Felicia is by far the best barista I have ever met! She’s the supervisor at this location and she’s always so kind and welcoming. Definitely someone that you can share a laugh with she always makes my day everytime I walk into this location!

employee took 5 minutes to even acknowledge me at the register. then as i was leaving, i also heard the same employee yell "jesus christ!" while cleaning up behind the counter. not a good/friendly experience at all. ? and reading corporate's responses to all these google reviews (directing us to their "contact us" page) is such a bland and unsuccessful way to fix the problem. corporate wants more info? then corporate needs to check the surveillance videos in the stores and then take real action. simple.

I go to Starbucks almost daily. As I was waiting on my order, first drink that came out was the wrong size. Then my coffee came out. Then the food came but it was also wrong. After waiting forever, hoping maybe she just double charged me for the first sandwich that came and the other were 2 were still coming, she pulls me to the side and tells me I ordered wrong. I did NOT order wrong. She then tells me they don’t even have the 2 Impossible sandwiches I ordered. I tell her I’ll take a different sandwich as a replacement, but instead she very rudely says she will just refund me instead because everything else costs more than the Impossible and I’ll have to pay the difference. Worst customer service ever and I 150% did not order incorrectly as that is the ONLY thing I order. Steer clear and order form a different Starbucks nearby if you’re ordering more than 1 item.
