Very bad service! Bad Quality and attitude. I use to place many orders for cakes at this place, but last year when it was my baby shower the lady said she could do the cake I wanted. The week of my baby shower she said she could not get the flowers and I asked her why she didn't tell me ahead of time? And the lady said "But now I'm telling you". So, I went and bought the flowers at Michaels. Then the day of my baby shower I was so busy and running around I forgot to pick up the cake. They did not care to remind me of the order or call before closing time at all. I picked up the cake the next day. Then I went again the second week of January to place an order for a cake because the bakery is so close to me. I had my picture of the cake I was ordering and when I went there was a girl and I said hi is the cake lady here? and she looked at me and shook her head. I looked her and said "so can I still place an order or do I come back when she is here"? She looked at the lady in the cashier and just gave me a look and grabbed the paper. She "said so what would you like?" and I said well I have an inspo picture and she said "what color do you want?" I said green and she was like so "how do you want the cake??. I proceeded to say that like the picture and stated that if there was something they could not do to tell me. The girl proceeded to be rude and say "So what else and I said like the picture?" and she said let me see your phone Ill send it to me via air drop. Then put my phone on the counter and just left it there. I said "are you done? can I have my phone back? and she said it's there. I grabbed it and put it in my pocket. I took me almost 1 hour to place and order and she ordered a big cake instead of the one I wanted. When I picked it up I was like whatever I paid for it and I wanted to leave. We served the cake and we found an egg shell in the cake. It made me so upset I paid for a $102 cake and for it to be so big for a few ppl, a 1 hour order, and the cake still having egg shells. Like it was a waste of money. Never going back. I had also found a hair on a bread my coworkers got from here and we were just done with the place.

If I were to rate this place I would give it 0 stars. Closing time is @9pm. I literally got off my car and was about to pull the door when the lady shut the door on me. It was 8:49pm. How dare you shut the door on me! Very bad costumer service! I drove 45 minutes to come here. NEVER AGAIN!!

If I had the option, I would give NO stars. This bakery needs to fire some bakers or reevaluate its staff. I ordered a simplistic cake. I gave them 2 pictures. Thinking all they had to do was print and place on cake. I did it this way so there would be minimal room for error. I was wrong! One picture was for the sides (wrapped around cake) and the other picture for the top portion. All they had to do was write "Happy Birthday and the name" The cake was completely botched! The editable sides of the cake were uneven, bubbling and their was a 4in blank space on backside. The top was not the picture I sent, just a blown up pic of the wraparound. Their wasnt even a "Happy Birthday" on top, just the name. Weird right!?!?! How could they not catch that!!! The name was squished, to close together, smudged and unreadable!!!When asked what happened, employee stated that the second shift Baker didn't receive the picture that was supposed to be on top. I asked to speak with manager cause I couldn't believe they would try to sell someone a cake like this. Employee said their was no manager available. Called the next day, and again no available manager. They did not try to compensate me at all. Nothing for my time, my gas and money for this hideously thing of a cake. My 3yr old could have done better. The 2 employees looked cluelessly and tried to get me to purchase this cake. They did not want to give me my deposit. Said, if I didn't like the cake i could just leave. Basically, with no cake and no refund. They debated back and forth in front of me and other customers. I asked them to call manager and they said he wasn't able to be reached. Extremely unprofessional!! I ended up putting my deposit towards another generic cake they had in their fridge that had been sitting for who knows how long. One of the 2 employees told the other not to do that and not to offer me anything!!! I asked them if they would personally buy this cake and they laughed. What kind of business is this!?!?! Horrible cakes, horrible services and horrible employees. Never get a cake from them! Take your money elsewhere. I hope this place goes out of business. I'm sure it will if they continue to sell customers this hideously thing of a cake!!!

Simple question about the fillings they have for their cakes and the cashier said "I'm to busy for your questions, I don't have time to answer questions that take to much time if you want come in if not ok" very rude !!

Was really looking forward to trying their Roscas, as I've heard great things. I was very disappointed. When I called to let them know that I would be 2 hrs late to pick up my prepaid Rosca, a woman (I believe her name was Estela) confused me with what appeared to be a previous customer (before my call). She immediately began shouting and cussing me out, then hung up. When I tried calling again, the same thing happened. After showing up to pick up the Rosca, I found out that they had mistakenly given my Rosca to someone else. This place is a mess. Never again!
