Got pick up at this location. Guy who placed my order a month ago was sweet his name was Ricky, and said he credit my acc under my number turns out they only credit 1 of the 3 items that was messed up in my order.I called in to get my order replaced manager was so rude.I was just asking him to speak to Ricky who noted my acc and he kept cutting me off, very unprofessional.They credited my account, because my shrimp was not Battered.Wrong order of meatballs.And gave me boiled sausage with no peppers instead of the sausage and peppers with the sauce( so clearly that’s a thing! ) the manager kept arguing the point and justifying why my food was messed up.Anyone who has ate capri knows the give a big meat ball with Ricotta cheese!They gave me 3 mini meatball in MarinaraAs I was explaining to him what was wrong with my Order He kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me talk. He grabbed the phone. Mad off the rip.So I asked him “wouldn’t it make sense that they told me they fry and batter the shrimp? Considering that he credited me? “And he says he probably only did that to please you????? SIR WHAT I never argued with anyone or said anything when they got my order wrong?He use foul language so I called him back and went off! Food was horrible service manager shouldn’t even work there.All I wanted was my food I had paid for replaced.Their cooks don’t know how to cook and their staff is completely horrible and rude that’s not how you talk to a lady I’m 9 months pregnant and was craving my food and trying to stay in!Go to the willow springs location!!Messed up 2 times! They will not fix it! They don’t care ab anything but money and preparing bad food at this location!

Capri Express is our go-to. Everything is good. EVERYTHING. Pizza is fresh, not greasy, always tasty. If you like mushrooms on your pizza don't pass them up here. Four cheese gnocchi is a heavy, rich dish that is plentiful and delicious. Their homemade rigatoni in vodka sauce is 5 stars. Pork chops are large portions and very good. We've never had a pasta dish that wasn't top tier and that goes for appetizers as well. The brushetta is garlic heavy but in a good flavorful way. Stuffed artichoke is the best around. Arincinni are excellent. Eggplant rolls are divine. The sandwiches are good with a shout out to the paninis, especially the portobello mushroom & Swiss and the caprice one. Desserts are excellent. If you like Teramisu don't pass it up here. Same for the brownies. Their customer service is excellent. Quick delivery. They never mind special requests which we're full of and they always get them right. You cannot go wrong with Capri Express. There's nothing not to like on the menu.Two more suggestions...the lemon chicken and the talipia fish entree. Both are awesome!! They might be pricey compared to other take out but the large portions, quality ingredients, consistency in flavor and overall wonderful dishes make this a restaurant you'll enjoy time after time.

Love Capri express. Vito and Phil are amazing. Their staff is all amazing. Food is perfect. They’re “two-day salad” is my favorite salad . They also make amazing cheeseburgers.
If you don't have time to sit down for a meal, this is the place to go. It is as good as their restaurant around the corner. It is amazing Italian food. I recommend the tortellini and the fettuccine Alfredo. We came in hungry so while we waited for our order, we grabbed a slice of pizza. We loved the crust and sauce. This is New York style pizza.We visit Chicago about three times a year and this is dinner. One of the nights. We take it back to the hotel and then enjoy it with friends. I would always recommend their sit down restaurant but this is great when you can't spend the time to do that. You can call ahead or order online but we usually walk in and wait. They get the food out quickly.

I use Capri Express for “bachelor night” and need carry out. In the last three visits the food has been getting progressively poorer in quality. On this last visit I picked up my food exactly on time and the entree sauce and soup were watery and not great. Time to retrain your cooks people!UPDATE: The management of Capri Express did reach out to me. They were very polite and quite interested in hearing about my experience. Clearly they want to remedy these hiccups. Gold stars for customer service!

Got the stuffed artichoke, eggplant sandwich and rolled eggplant. This was so delicious. The only thing don’t put the chips in with hot sandwiches. Put in separate bag. Chips were no longer crisp because of the heat.
