Ridiculously expensive. We have got fantastic breakfast places all around where you can get quality food! I would rather go next-door to Denny’s and get a value with good service, then overpay for junk. if you’re going to pay $40 for a steak, please, by all means, go to Gibsons! Don’t go here.‼️‼️Parking: EasyWheelchair accessibility: Easy

It's a hotel bar/restaurant so the atmosphere is always going to be lacking in my opinion. But the pasta I had was good, and the drink pour was heavy in all of the best the best ways.

While spending the night on a business trip, I stopped by Ciazza for diner. Stood at the hostess stand for a seat for a good 20-30 minutes with the waitress and bartender just walking by and ignoring me.While the food looked good, I never had an opportunity to have dinner due to the inability to get seated even though the restaurant was half empty.

Very disappointed. Charcuterie board had items of stale crackers, meats and cheeses that were sub par and expensive, $31 appetizer. Two rib eye steaks were like rubber and hard to cut into, $48 a piece. There was only one person handling the bar and restaurant. There was no manager on duty. We requested a manager to call us to hear about our experience. It’s been several days later and no one has called us about our feedback.

Long, wait, terrible service, and food below average. They should be ashamed to have a Marriott name backing them.

The food was tasty and was delivered in a timely manner; we had the chicken wing app, and pork chop and duck breast entrees. The issue was that the only person working front-of-house was the bartender, so she also had to be the host and server. It took us a very long time to get seated and when I said we had a reservation, she explained that she "doesn't know anything about that" as she did not have access to their system because her manager had the iPad despite not being on premises. She was otherwise very friendly and checked in when available, but the service would have been better if the restaurant was better staffed. I would come back for the food and ambiance, but would hope that there's more staff working.

We were staying at the Marriott SW last night and decided to dine in. We were the only ones in the restaurant and had to wait a little bit for the bartender to take our order. I was a little skeptical. But we were pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was! And we are picky eaters! And the bartender was very pleasant and did a great job. I Highly recommend it.

Worse place to work for extremely dishonest managers and Gm they love to do the wrong thing and look the other way instead of fixing the real problems with plenty of proof staff give away any thing liquor food coupons anything they can steal ,they take no pride on customer service no one cares I really mean no one from upper management cares .they focus on milking the clock and pretend to work and if you to your job right they talk terrible about you and do there best to make you quit such a s*** people ...see for your self ..

No need to look further. You won't regret it!I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Despite the hectic planning before my MBA program and admist several covid scares, the team made our wedding amazing!! The venue is breathtaking. The service is spectacular. My guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The bartender made amazing drinks and people rarely had to wait. Ella is so kind, organized, and answered all emails in a timely manner. She honestly became my fairy godmother through the whole process and became a part of our family. I am beyond happy with my experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Chicagoland area, this is it. No need to look further. You won't regret it!!!!

Not very good value for money

We booked a 2 night stay for a king suite with a water view, which was more expensive than a non- water view. We checked in via the app a couple of hours prior to our arrival and did stop at the desk for regular keys. We were placed in a room that faced the parking lot. My husband went to the front desk to either be moved to a room that we booked or get a credit for the lesser room. We were moved, however the ac was lacking, but we figured it would cool down while we were at dinner. Turned it up to the highest fan speed and turned the thermostat down to 65. It was 70 when we left (felt warmer) and still 70 when we returned several hours later. When we discussed this with the desk to see if someone could come and take a look at it, we were told "the rooms don't get that cold for safety reasons." When I asked for clarification, I was told "you know, in case someone leaves a baby in the room alone." I went on to say that we didn't really need it at 65, but it hadn't even budged one degree. I was then told "sometimes it takes that long." Needles to say, it never got below 70. When my husband was asked via email for a review, he mentioned all of the above. He received a generic response about "taking cleanliness seriously" which was never our complaint.

Food was ok, not great. Service was terrible. We were in for a wedding and we congregated here on Friday waiting for the family to trickle in. We tried to drink, and even order more food throughout the evening, but although we were the only people here besides three people sitting at the bar, we couldn't get any service. The woman who was working kept just walking right past us to go in and out of the kitchen, and never checking on us. At one point we stacked all of our empty plates and glasses on the end of table, hoping she would realize we were ALL empty, and still nothing! There was a young guy working, who appeared to be new, he was checked on us a couple of times, but he wasn't even our server! We had to go to the bar to order and retrieve our own drinks. Not the best experience.

Their food is absolutely amazing and the service was very good too. I highly recommend you dine at this restaurant on your next visit to Marriott Bonvoy! Be sure to Ask for Rey, he’s simply brilliant!
