I was on a first date here about a week ago, and it was amazing. The food was incredible, but the service was even better. My evening was handled by a server named George. He was very knowledgeable about the wine selection and catered to every special need I had. He was so warm and welcoming and never missed a beat. Overpriced poor food. Served a burnt hamburger with brown lettuce. Would not expect that here. Food also took a long time considering only 2-3 other tables. Have been a long time customer, but food quality has really depreciated.

Went with my family. It’s was a very nice place. Our server was great. The food was good. The Hot Appetizer Platter is worth it. The Rose Punch was delicious.Kid-friendliness: They have a small kids menu. It works.
I came here yesterday for the first time for my son's birthday. Table of 5. Very pretty establishment overall. Our server was Jorge and he seemed pretty cool. First mistake, me and my child ordered the same drink. Mine's contained alcohol and his a virgin, on delivery they got mixed up but Jorge seemed to not believe it. That's fine, took it back for a re-do. Ordered our food, mostly burgers at the table with burnt fries. Like you could clearly see they were over cooked but he passed out plates like this was normal. I ordered more fries and guess what, they wasn't burnt. So why even present us with burnt food? Then he got portions of our order wrong. The burger wasn't very seasoned but that could be personal to me. It was cute but I wouldn't go back.

Great food. Only downside, we were seated at the table located next to the door opening of the bar and the back room. A tall male server would grab onto the back of my chair every time he walked past our table. I don’t know if grabbing the chair helped him round the corner with more stability?!?! Who knows but it was very strange and uncomfortable. Didn’t want to complain but avoid that table at all costs if you dine in.
We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful meal. All the staff were very friendly and happy. They were very attentive and helped make this a special night! Erin was our server and she was fantastic. We'll be definitely going back and asking to be seated at one of her tables.
I was at a party in a private room. The room is beautiful and large but the food not so tasty, I worded Ahi tuna and it was cooked over done , they changed it but then tuna was cold inside like it was frozen before, only the mashed potatoes were tasty, from desserts crème brûlée was good.

Usually we go to Eddie Merlots for the steaks but this time we decided to try the burgers. OMG! They were amazing! We had our usual server, Bruce. He's friendly, professional, and very attentive. He definitely makes our night. Service could break or make your evening. Bruce definitely made our night!

Horrible experience, my brother & went for dinner. Place wasn't that busy, our steaks took forever. When they brought them out, Both our steaks were not cooked properly. His overcooked my undercooked. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen. Another waiter came over and took them back, finally our waiter comes. The steak take forever to come back out. Mine came back lukewarm, was just an all around terrible experience
