I'm a southerner that's lived in Texas and I eat Mexican food almost weekly. I can confidently say this beats everything I've had. The tamales are SUPERB and my pina colada was great. Don't skip the salsa.

Good food, great service. Seems like a good family spot. They were super quick but not rushed. They've got a huge margarita menu and they are quite good. Fresh juices and interesting flavors.

I walked in and a at the bar on a semi-calm Wednesday night, was immediately met with a menu, basket of chips with salsa, and encouragement to find something good on the menu. Although there were no taps for draught, plenty of beer choices from plenty of places were available for pouring in the chilled pint glasses. The taco salad hit the spot, and the house made hot sauce gave an extra spice to wake the sleepiest of buds. Although a little pricey, the ambiance made it worth the extra bucks. Bartender (whose name I didn't ask) was very attentive and thankful for the compliments on the hot sauce. Made for a nice evening.

Ready for some laughs? Alrighty, got a few things wrong from our order which we weren't mad about... but here it is. They forgot they had greated us already and regreated/took our orders again. ? We got the wrong appetizer, and they assumed we wanted certain things with the other app because they forgot to ask the questions at the table (probably assuming white people=not spicy and flour tortillas). ? When we got our meals, they didn't come back until the plates were taken away and a very sweet other server got us the dessert menu. They came back, realized we had eaten and we asked for the flan and elephant ears. They drenched each with chocolate... which I may be annoying when I say this... but, I hate chocolate,?. It didnt say anything about chocolate on the menu so I didn't feel the need to mention no chocolate...so that was fun for me ? Then I'm not kidding, 35 minutes go buy, we were literally trapped there. No server, no other staff.... we didn't want to walk out without paying, it was so weird! Finally I hear a bunch of silverware hit a table around the corner, the server walks by, realized we were still there (did you take a nap and forget what day it was?) and they asked us how we were doing. ?
The best margarita I’ve ever had. The bartender is awesome and makes his margaritas from scratch with fresh fruit - guava marg is my favorite. Quick and great service. Food was served piping hot and was so fresh. Get the queso fundido, so good!!
