Parking: Parking is atrocious. We were there at 7 PM on a rainy & cold spring Wednesday. The parking lot for all the businesses including Starbucks was full. Can’t even imagine what the parking lot would be like during a weekend when it is sunny & warmer! Had no choice but to park over by the 15 minute zone for Two Boston‘s. On my way out I got shamed by a Two Boston’s rule following customer (who looked like the wife on Ozark!) who had parked on the street right behind my car—blocking me in!

Special TY to the barista that just made my Grande Mocha “extra hot” !!! I always order “extra hot” but this is the first time it actually was made “extra hot”. First off asked the cashier to put coffee in my drink of course she didn’t. Asked her to remake it she gave me the most racist look and made it the same way.I was treated horribly they need to go to Seattle to know what service means.If I had my European friends order I bet they would have got it right.I have been a Starbucks customer for over 10 years and this was the worst experience ever they need training here

This location is painfully slow. Both times I’ve come here it’s taken over 20 minutes to get my coffee from the time I’ve ordered. Go elsewhere if you’re on your way to work.

Restricted parking for in and out mobile order/services and no drive-through. That's a bummer. It could be a bit cleaner, too. The mobile order area was a bit of a mess. Our drinks were great, though.

Who thinks that having a team meeting at traffic hour was a good idea? Well the incompetent store manager of course.It’s 1700hrs and they decide to close the store for a meeting instead of having it close to closing. I had to drive three miles to another location, when I was 300 feet from my actual destination.
