I only wish I could give a ZERO star rating.. Biggest complaint is poor food quality...breakfast is the worst...hard bagels, hard English muffins, burritos kept warm too long and hard outer tortilla...dirty grill taste on folded eggs. Second biggest complaint is order errors.. Diet instead of regular cokes, wrong burger toppings, cold fries, right sandwich wrong meats,, wrong egg, being given someone else's order. You must check your order before you drive away because there is a high likelihood it is wrong.. Third biggest complaint is poor interaction with customer. Mistakes are not owned by the staff, often making the customer feel like a cheapskate for pointing out the error. This McDs needs to realize that if you continue to try and sell a $9.00 hamburger you'd better deliver quality everytime. It is worth the 15 min drive to Bogo or Oregon as none of this nonsense happens there.... Such a shame to wastr a location that has so much potential...

Twice in a row I have had to leave the drive thru without paying and without food because it took too long for the line to move. I even left early to work to be sure I got there earlier because of the time it takes.

It's really hard to accurately describe how bad this place is. When I go into a McDonalds my expectations are really low, but this one falls far short of that. I don't know if they don't have enough equipment, or just refuse to hire people capable of working in the fast food industry, but every single time they either lose your order, or it takes forever. Don't believe me? Go there, and see for yourself. This place is bad, really bad.

This is the worst McDonalds ever I've had two terrible experiences there the 1st happened a couple months ago I went through the drive thru at like 11 at night and my food was terrible the fries tasted like they had been sitting there all day and the burger tastes like s*** the second happened this morning I ordered 2 sausage burritos and 2 sausage cheese biscuits and then not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for my food but they gave me the wrong order I went inside to complain and I waited anouther 5 minutes before I left and the biscuits were terrible and the bacon tasted like s***

Got 2 raw sandwiches back to back the same night... sent back the first one and the worker/manager said guys I’m sick of seeing this stuff! So it’s been happening a lot obviously... got the second one and it was just as bad... I gave up... also the tables were all dirty, drive thru was backed up, nothing stocked and it was just a mess

On numerous occasions visiting for a quick meal, we have either had to wait at the drive thru over 20 minutes, when we go inside and place a pretty simple order, it’s always wrong. Something is missing, or missing an ingredient. This is not a 5 star restaurant-it’s fast food. Simple enough to make a sandwich with fries, right? Ice cream machine always broken, dirty floors and overall a very disappointing experience here. I will not return.

I'm in my 40s and been to numerous McDonalds. This is consistently the slowest drive thru ever. Friends, family, and I rate this as slowest and most orders wrong of any place ever. They are lucky it is a small town with limited options or they would not survive. I have went on the McDvoice survey numerous times to explain probs because I want it to succeed but never changes. Appears to be understaffed majority of time. Quite a few workers with dental issues.

I haven't had an issue with this location until now. I'm writing this as I wait for my 20 piece chicken mcnugget and fries. Been here for 20 mins watching cars come and go. And employee actually just came up to me and said "I noticed you've been waiting forever and I think someone handed your order off to someone else." COME ON PEOPLE.
I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for my food. They then brought me the wrong order so I had to wait longer. When they finally came out with my order a second time my fries were cold and only half full and it still had the wrong sandwich.

Hopefully this is a review for the McDonald's in Byron Illinois which is the worst place on the entire planet super disrespectful and just mean to me over my disability bad staff hear them complain and not wash their hands food is always cold and you wait forever to get it

I've been to this location 3 times in 3 years. Everytime the service has been so ridiculously slow. Today I went in and waited over 25 minutes for 2 tiny breakfast burritos, a hash brown, and coffee. They seem to only focus on the drivethrough customers. I will never waste my time there again.

This is the worst McDonald's we ever have been to. The service is horrible and the food is never hot. We waited ten minutes at the speaker to order our food and then when someone pulls up to the next speaker they waited on them. I cannot get good service from this McDonald's since they have opened. I have waited for my food for over twenty minutes and the only answer I get is that not enough people are on staff and no apology. How do you make me wait that long and hand me barely warm food and a wrong order? Over and over my order is always cold, wrong and they all seems to care less about the customer. I have given them one too many chances to get it right. Therefore, I will no longer be giving them any more of my business and spend my money at another establishment that cares about their customers.
