The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome tonight, and the waitress was attentive. We got beer nuggets and a thin crust half cheese, half mushroom pizza. Both were delicious! The sauce was really good and the crust was nice and crispy. The beer nuggets were a pleasant surprise and we’re happy to find a place closer than DeKalb to get them. We will definitely be back!

Being from Chicago I was very skeptical about trying this place. I thought it was not going to compare to the food in Chicago and kept putting it off until I finally went and tried it and I have to say I was very impressed with the food. Amazing flavors and excellent presentation. I will be a repeat customer.
Drove 30 mins to try a new place my wife and I have never tried before. Waited 30 mins to be acknowledged (and never was). It was moderately busy but not overly. Apparently extra napkins at the table next to us was more important than taking our drink order to get started. We left and went to Cimino's in Pecatonica. So we waisted an hour and a half total. Ciminos is the place to go for real Italian.

They catered my wedding on December 1st and I truly cannot say enough good things about costas! I knew this was a good fit from the tasting and they exceeded my expectations!! They remained professional throughout the entire process while also giving a family feel. The food was exceptional (especially the late night pizza!!), the bartender, Alyssa, and drinks brought the night to another level and everyone told us all night how nice she was. Robin was a life saver and prepared my plate for me and brought me outside when she knew I needed a breath from being overwhelmed. They all went above and beyond for my big day and I felt catered too and so special. Thank you guys so much for helping make my day so perfect!

We had reservations and when we got there, they told us we didn't. We were seated and waited 10 minutes before we got a waitress. Had to wait an hour before we got food. Main course and salad. Our food was ok, one of our party had to ask for her side dish of spaghetti and when she got it, it looked like it had been sitting awhile. We then had to go get our check, from a different waitress, because ours was back in the kitchen eating. She got a very low tip. Don't care to go back there.

We had Costa's cater our wedding recently, and the food and drinks were both great. We had plenty of compliments on everything we chose, especially the beef brisket. I am a vegetarian and they made sure I had my own mushroom entree for dinner. The drinks were never watered down and were all well mixed and served with a smile.

Atmosphere was great! But I was hungry! Waitress was really nice but the pizza was just ok, and the Italian beef was out of a popa Charlie's jar from Walmart, I promise! 2 of us were in there almost an hour for our food and we were the only people in there! No stuffed shells, and an Italian restaurant needs to have stuffed shells! Come on now!! Went to the man cave and much better food for half the price...enjoy Costas! We appreciated the waitress, as she tried! The home made bread with oil was the "bestest" part, she says! When the parking lot is empty, there's usually a reason is what my Grammy used to tell me, my own fault! We appreciated someone trying...thank you

We've gone to Costa's many times for the sandwiches. I've never been disappointed with the meatball sandwich and my wife loves the Italian beef. Always good at a very reasonable price.
