Sketchy part of town, with grown to tall grass and weeds. Beat up building. The staff however were amazing. Very polite very kind. They were waiting on my rally’s burger so they had me pull to the other window and when she dropped it off to me she apologized for my wait and put a small fry in my order. The hamburger was as good as a rally’s burger should be and I love that they have the red onion on their burger too. Very positive experience.

Nobody answerers the drive thru and there all outside smoking weed and cancer sticks. I go to the drive thru and I don't hear anything thing for 10-15 minutes then we hear a man saying "I'm sorry ma'am I'm on the phone with my girlfriend, and continues I drove up to the window someone's head set is going off on the counter, I knock on the window 2 times , it took them at least 10 minutes to come, and im waiting another 20 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich for an uber

50 $ after a 30+ minute wait !2 combo meals , 1 order of 6pcs wings, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 cheeseburger.would not complain if the food was ok.. But, due to the wait , the food quality was completely uugggh!!!don’t mind paying these high prices but when the food sucks makes you never want to try again!!!!would give a negative rating if possible. 1/4/24 4pmavoid spending your money at any rally’s if this is happening at even one location.shame on this franchise!!!

I tried to redeem a customer survey coupon and I caught hell from every direction. The cashier had no ideal how to redeem the coupon ans the manager seem like he was confused as the cashier finally before my lunch was over with they figured it out. What a terrible experience.
