waste of time waste of money just get rid of the place already smh not coming back after this rather drive to stl or Caseville just for some taco bell. like literally ten dollars for this and it advertise double chicken but where is the damn chicken they also don't want to offer me a refund and never gave me a receipt and was about to argue about giving it to me they never give receipts never. the workers also said that the owner told them to not put all the ingredients in just to pinch the meat not put the full portion. then the owner told them to only refund the one item but it came as a combo. do not eat here get rid of this place and the owner needs to be arrested for stealing he is purposely charging full price for a portion of the food I will be reporting this location to the BBB. do not let them steal your money any more.

When you walk into the place it was clean however you had to order from a kiosk you could not order from a cashier. So I ordered a supreme taco and two supreme burritos. I had specifically looked up a Taco Bell to stop at on my trip. The food took so long to get to me that one of the workers gave me a coupon for free stuff off my next visit and apologize and kept asking where my food was. And then once I got my food and got back on the road the food was nasty! Some of the veggies on my food were frozen as well as mushy and did not taste right at all!, I ended up not being able to eat the food. I was so disappointed having spent almost $15 for such a simple meal and then for it to be so time consuming and nasty that I couldn't even eat it.

Come here on a regular because my boss loves taco bell. Yet everytime I come and order food they either forget half the order. Mess up on what was wanted on the order. And half the staff are rude when you come back to get the stuff fixed. Wish Cahokia had more options for food.

It was around 11 pm. Girl was pretty much doing it all by herself. My food tasted good, but I had no lettuce on my tacos.. long wait in drive thru, about 25 minutes because she was solo.
Had to wait a few minutes longer than us. However the young man who was working always recognizes my voice over the speaker. Whenever there's a problem, which is rare when this young man is working, he ALWAYS makes it right. He is also always pleasant & very polite.
