We went to this restaurant on March 6, 2024 8:30 The restaurant was a disaster. There was trash everywhere like it was a fight in there previously before we came the staff was not welcoming. They were sitting around the bar with the manager with the light green shirt on. after waiting at the door for about seven minutes we seated ourselves at a booth. The waitress that we had was very nice consider the circumstances that we were real. She took our orders she brought us our drinks back to the table and under three minutes she took our orders for our food. Seven minutes later my mother‘s food comes out and that’s it me and my wife and my two children didn’t get our food at all. We sat there 45 minutes waiting for food to come out that never came then we got attention of another waiter. We asked for a check for the things that was on the table. She got kind of upset and told us that our food was coming. She went to the bar and got the manager who at this time was nursing a drink with the Cook totally unprofessional, I honestly think this night manager should be demoted not fired, but demoted and retrained because there’s no way for an establishment of this magnitude and this huge of a franchise should look and act like this. This is totally unacceptable. I would recommend that no one goes to Buffalo wild wings until they get new management .

Went Super Bowl Sunday. The vibe was awesome!! Our server Lex was the bomb!! Lex is excellent!! Very attentive and professional!
We didn't get greeted when we walked in, the lady hollered across the bar and pointed to a seat for me to sit at which was a booth table that was dirty, when she came over to my table I told her it was dirty she seated me somewhere else, then the waiter came over asking to take our order, we never got a menu in the first place to order anything. Also alot of drinks wasn't available when we requested it. The waiter wasn't friendly other people that came in was also seated at dirty tables and business was extremely slow when we arrived, so tables should of already been cleaned.
Excellent wings. Fast service. Manager very involved with customers which is rare nowadays. I'm definitely coming

Just walked out of this restaurant after sitting down waiting 30 minutes for an order wedges queso and a salad; that never came out! There was hardly anyone in the place and we couldn't even get appetizers in 30mins. I spoke to the manager Derrick before I left Just to inform him of my dissatisfaction with this establishment. This is a shame that I/we can't get a decent meal or service in our own community.
