One word review: AMAZINGThis is my first time visiting this place and I’m already in love with it. Called them a couple of hours before going and asked them to surprise my friend on his birthday occasion and guess what the whole family came out to and sang happy birthday and I couldn’t ask for more. It’s rare to see such beautiful hearts in the present world. They made my day. I don’t appreciate how I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this place and I have gotten no appreciation or mentioning of that. I also don’t appreciate the harassment this place has given me. They said I walked out of their store like I didn’t have any money. As a matter of fact I want the hundreds of dollars back that I spent here that’s just the way I feel! I’ve wasted time and money here. Now I’m attending other restaurants who treat me with better customer service and who appreciate my customer loyalty!!!!

The dessert and food were good. The nachos and corn in a cup were average. Mg only complaint is that the churros sundaes are underwhelming. Not much toppings were used to create the sundae which made it very dry. The gentleman who was there did his best to accommodate the crowd by himself. I would suggest others to try this place for themselves until they try everything on the menu

You lost another customer because of the young kid you had working 09/01/23. I TRIED to order Elote, Mexican style corn, but it always comes with mayo (which I’m allergic to). I’m 43 years old and every business/vendor I’ve gone for elote has never had a problem substituting sour cream( creama). The last time I got elote from this business, the older gentleman had no problem and didn’t question me and substituted it. But this young kid refused and his reasoning was because “you might not like it.” Who is this kid to tell what I do and don’t like? And in fact when I’ve told people to substitute the mayo for sour cream they said it tasted better. Really kid was it worth to lose a customer? A local & regular customer, who has no problem telling people to go to the other ice cream shop.

The food is a hit or miss and they don't offer refunds nor the option to remake what they messed up. I ordered elote and it was filled with water, a drop of mayonnaise and barely any cheese their response was "corn naturally has water and there's nothing I could really do" so now they have lost a loyal customer I was going here weekly and they couldn't even offer to remake my food. Pitiful!
