Ordered from Uber eats. I'm missing a 1/2 jerk dark, Red beans and rice, and cabbage. Called to let them know and she basically said I was lying lol. The food is not that good so I wouldn't lie to get free food. I just wanted what I paid for. Worst jerk chicken in this area. The only thing good is the callalo. Can't talked about the red beans and rice or cabbage because I didn't get it.

My absolute favorite complete, filling and delicious healthy meals. The portions are large enough for 2 maybe 3 servings. Meaning, even the leftovers are delicious. Considering the portions, (for me),the prices are reasonable.

First of all, my food is always fresh, but the attitudes from the girls that work behind the counter are horrible. They are very disrespectful, absolutely no customer appreciation. Word to the wise, the reason you're in business is because of customers!!! Very very rude!

Really good fresh food. I’ve had their individual orders and catered portions and the quality was excellent both times. I had the catfish, brown stew chicken, and jerk chicken. I aways ask for ox tail gravy on everything and they didn't charge extra like some places. My whole family loved it, we will be back for sure.

The attitudes are horrible.. The hanging up the phone while playing a order, the coldness while waiting for our food we paid full price for but can’t get a little heat in the restaurant while sitting wit the owner as she acting like it’s not cold in there. The food is great but customer service is poor. We have to do better where we choose to spend our money at

I agree with Tim Jones review 100% as well as the countless other reviews referencing bad customer service. Their service and attitudes here downright SUCK and I'm not sure why they think it's okay, seeing as though there are at least 2 other jerk spots less than 5 min away and COUNTLESS others in the city. It's a shame that several people in the reviews are speaking about nasty attitudes here and yet there's no improvement. I also agree with another review that mentions the amount of jerk sauce they give compared to the amount of chicken a customer orders. It's LAUGHABLE the amount of jerk sauce they give you, even when you order a whole dang chicken and all of it speaks to the lack of value they have in the community who patronizes them. Definitely won't be back. Lackluster food and terrible customer service.

So today I go the this black own restaurant in Burnham and placed a order for the lunch special. The problem comes in when I go to pay for my food. I present the girl with 2 dollar bills to which she states oh we can not accept those. My problem is isn't $2 bills U.S. Currencies. ?I then ask for the manager information ? only to be told we can take your information but we can't give her information. This is one of the reasons black own businesses are failing. Customer service is poor.
