I was very disappointed with my sandwich and fries. I order an italian turkey from another turkey spot before and it was great. So i decided to try J & E out for the first time. If i would known their italian turkey consist of cold cuts i wouldve just went to mr. Subs and my fries were a too dark. I dont know what kind of meat the other spot used but it wasnt deli meat.

Put in a order on Door dash on a Saturday. They said it was being prepared and would be ready around 5:43pm. When I got there. The place was closed and locked like it had been closed for days

The subs I ordered was dry. I paid for extra meat and didn’t receive it. When I called to inform the store the lady on the phone was rude, and in so many words basically was telling me I can’t count because she claim it had extra meat. Which it CLEARLY DIDNT. I wouldn’t recommend this place at ALL.

We passed a lovely evening there with superb food and an experienced crew and a distinguished cuisine. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall certainly come back very soon. I just gave them a one (1) star review in grub hub. That was mostly about my food being an hour late (1 3/4 hour from order to arrival) and the failure to communicate the issue (I'm reasonable). However, I must say that the 5 of us 5 different things and they hit on 5 for 5. I probably won't order again during quarantine but afterwards I will patronize them again. Hats off to the chef

I placed an order and my spouse attempted to pick it up. They told her the 'credit card machine' wasn't working. She had no cash on her so they RUDELY told her to go to an ATM. She left and then someone there called me asking me what was I gonna do? The burden was placed on the patron to find another way to pay and you all's equipment is broken? I will continue to patronize Black Owned Businesses. I would've told this establishment this but....she hung up on me! May you all have much success in your endeavors to provide top notch customer service.

It was so good I forgot to take pictures and I ordered it for lunch earlier yesterday and went back for dinner the chicken, chicken strips, shrimp ALL AMAZING and the customer service is amazing too...DON NOT SLEEP ON THIS SMALL JOINT THEY ARE SOOOOO GOOD

Ordered here for the first time and I ordered a sweet steak and waited like 30 mins for it. How the hell u wait 30 mins for a sweet steak sandwich I wanted to try something new try to support my black ppl but never again. Need more workers or something word of advice they will lose alot of customer service being as slow as they are!!!

I had been waiting to order from this place although from the outside the look like they're out of business. I ordered the J&E hoagie and boy was I disappointed. Too much dressing or sauce on the hoagie. I'll stick to the hoagie spot in south Holland
