We used to love this McDonald's, but now they young people in there act completely incompetent!Also, several times, we've had to personally ask them to make sure the different condiments that are suppose to be on sandwiches were actually there to taste and not only put a dot of Ketchup, mustard or mayo.

The minors they have at this location at night time are so rude, they need proper training. No form of greetings or anything like that, they just hand you your food and shut the window in your face! it’s really rude!

Drive thru ordered, the person at the drive thru window needs to purchase a personality. Did not receive complete order. Drove off, 1 block away realized that was missing 2 orders of fries ?. Returned to McDonald's, received the fries. The Manager was rude and totally unprofessional.??.

I had very bad experience at this McDonald's i wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go here I Advice anyone not to go here to this McDonald's on riveroats the employees dont wash their hands and alot of the staff likes coughing while making customers food and drinks its very unsanitary and very disgusting the grease that they cook the food and never gets changed in theres alot of racist people that work here i worked at this McDonald's so i know how things go down here their needs to be a health Inspection if you're reading this stop buying from this McDonald's on riveroats go to the McDonald's on sibley its way better
