The ATM has been down at this place for 4 days but yet continue to open and let people play but they have no money in the place to cash in even little tickets, I've been holding onto my ticket for 4 days, another lady has 4 tickets for over $200 has been waiting also, why don't they close until its fixed or just replace the ATM? I catch the bus there so how will I get my ticket cashed, I'm not standing in the cold to go there and the ATM is still not working, its ridiculous! Also the phone to this Penny's is not working, when you call it says disconnected, but you are making thousands a day, but no phone, please take care of your customers better

The Staff was helpful and friendly. The machines were hitting for some people, just not me. We had to wait for someone to come & repair the Ticket machine before we can cash out and leave.
My first time here....It was amazing! The young lady was very kind and offered snacks and beverages. I love that it's not crowded like the casino's. I truly recommend places like this one. You can spend your money in peace and win!??

When I walked in Penny’s one of the workers named Vera made a Racial remark to me because of my skin completion I was furious and left the area. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.
