Absolutely disgusting!!! Ordered the gizzards. They were cooked like small strips of a leather belt. We called the restaurant. They suggested that we come in the next day. The next day we were served the other half of the belt. Recommend that you find another location.

The catfish is still good...the chicken is ok but now it looks like chicklets, instead of chicken...all the chicken is literally a half size smaller than it used to be..wings are the size of my pinky finger...msybe...and the drumsticks look like a a regular size wing...its ridiculous...smh...only thing that is above average is the young black lady up front...but buyer beware...if you're buying ANY kind of chicken...you better double it

It all depends who’s doing the cooking. I called last week to say I order a large catfish and the manger keep telling I had four piece of fish and I’m like look Sir I’m not a woman that lie just to gain a extra piece of fish, find out the cashier charged me for a small instead. But everyone is not a liar or just trying to get extra that’s not me at all so please be more opened and understanding when you customers call you.

Racist. Mexican lady was racist once I asked about EBT we had the wrong Sharks the one in dolton takes EBT but I misconstrued the address ended up at this sharks and I promise you once I said the letters EBT she balled her face up so hard and was like, “NO, NO, NO we do not take that.” And I’m just like I’m just asking a question because I had kinda already figured we was at the wrong one. They don’t deserve business with that stank attitude customer service.
Food cooked after order so expect a slight waiting period. Staff was customer service oriented. Prices are reasonable for fast food joint. Catfish was fried golden and moist. Catfish could have been a little more flavorful besides lemon pepper taste. The restaurant was clean but location did not feell too safe at night in dark parking lot.
