Well the cashier was having a bad day, I'm almost certain prior to my ordering, her responses were a little more confrontational & snappy than necessary, yet @ her own mistake she got back to realization of how customer service should be, which shouldn't have taken her mistake to realise. Food excellent, Will I go again, yes I will, as far as recommend to others, well everyone has their own tastebuds and I don't care to hear their negative comment about the food in this place. So I will just come for the great food for me.. .

I just left Calumet City location which I will never patronize after today. I order a Jerk Alfredo dinner. They had me wait 45 minutes before saying they ran out of Alfredo sauce, wasted my time! All they can say was sorry..I don’t want to hear that, how about offer something in place of why I ordered..customer service 101.Trying to patronize restaurants from my city.Never again!
NOT WORTH TIME AND ABUSE OF YOUR TASTEBUDS. The Oxtails were bland, tough, and full of fat. The mac and cheese tasted as if it came from a generic unknown brand. Service was cold, and cost of meals was way overpriced. Wait time for Oxtails dinner and catfish dinner was over 30 minutes despite only 2 people waiting to place order. WILL NOT GO BACK!

My sister ate here a few weeks ago and got really sick. Unknowingly I ordered from this same restaurant and have been sick with food poisoning since yesterday evening. Do not recommend…will not return…and the rice was hard…Not cooked all the way. Yal need to close and start over.

Yep never again drove over an hour to go to this place and man i disappointed ??♀️ ordered oxtail dinner per their website came with six oxtails but got four and they were tiny tails and half done mind u it’s 1pm if they haven’t cooked long enough tell ur customer they’re not available!!! I asked the young lady at the register did they put extra gravy on my peas and rice she said yea I saw it (which after seeing the plate reall pissed me off bc they didn’t and why would u send food out your restaurant that looks like that ??♀️) I paired my meal with cabbage an the cabbage was amazing the Mac not so much noddles were over cooked and I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure they used cheese wiz if u know the taste u know that taste ? also ordered pinnacle chicken with cabbage and yams the chicken tasted like they used day old chicken flavor profile was there but definitely dried out and over cooked had but the sides were great at least they got that right? I’m. Or a person who takes things back but if I hadn’t drove all the way back home they wouldn’t definitely seen me twice today!!!!
