Placed an order for pick up for 3 kid meals. Waited 20 minutes inside while I watched the manager keep handing my order off to other workers. When I finally got my order she asked if I had my drinks, told the lady no. She said she was going to make it then proceeded to not make it then when I became frustrated at her working on someone else order she stated that she told another work to make my two small drinks, proceeded to give attitude. Never going back.

Today at around 7:45pm , they were so busy that they decided to close the register and attempted to force customers to use the kiosk. An elderly man comes in and he just standing at the register staff didn’t even attempt to take his order. He DIDNT even know how to use the kiosk so how y’all going to make him use it ???
