Ordered pizza at 4:30 for 6pm pick up. Get there at 6 order is just going in the oven. Waited 30 mins and the owner basically told me dine in comes first. Finally get my pizza go home and it's the wrong pizza, so I call the store they bring another open that pizza it's wrong too. I call the store again and spoke with the manager again. I told him once again we received the wrong pizza. I told him what we ordered but before I could finish he rudely said we know what you ordered(if that was the case I would have been right the first time) Seems lately they can't handle large dining crowds and pick up at the same time

Fantastic pizza. They line the inside of the paper take out bag with aluminum foil which keeps our takeout warm for the long trip home.

Employees go above and beyond expected service. I was there after a recent snowstorm and walk with a cane, one of the employees met me in the parking lot to make sure I got in ok. Very sweet.Pizza ? is a consistent quality every time you go. They offer several different kinds always yummy.Parking: Nice flat well-maintained parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Great parking for anyone. Close to door.

Monicals’s USED to be the best pizza in the area… the quality of their food has seriously gone WAY DOWN!! First pizza wasn’t cooked, 2nd pizza was late to where I can’t eat it because my lunch break is over…. 31.00 wasted!!

If you order delivery just go pick it up I called an order in never received it called to check on why and they just said we didn't place order its not on the computer . Thats bull ben working outta town all summer finally get home for a good pizza and get screwed no dinner after driving all day . GOOD JOB . as much as we love there pizza we will never stop there again and have ben buying there overpriced pizza for years .
