Very unclean, grotesque establishment. A disgusting view of the food all over the floor and an immediate aroma of nasty smelling chemical floor cleaner was way too much to bear. The food was already made prior to my arrival, seemingly days or weeks in advance and made incorrectly as well. The roast beef was all chopped up into tiny nasty bits and not thinly, evenly sliced properly; aside from the deformed appearance, it tasted like it was sitting out for weeks on end with no moisture present at all. Board of health should be notified for food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols to be enforced! Basically I received a shredded up wad of really old dried up roast beef that did not resemble Arbys product of a beef and cheddar. This is the worst Arbys, probably in the country. I have been all over the world and this one takes the cake for being the most incompetently run, although the staff gave me a refund, they're not properly equipped to run this operation effectively. Franchisee needs to do better now or close the business immediately.

Had and inkling for Arbys, hadn't eaten at establish in over 20 years and, so I wanted to experience.The beef could have been sliced thinner, and the grissel made it less likely I will attempt to eat at this or any arbys again. I traveled 2500 miles to find disappointing food.Carbomdale, get it together, no good restaurants.

Uber eats driver left my food and when I contacted the store Manager and staff have funky attitudes and overcooked food! If I was in person they wouldn't had the same energy. This is why ppl go postal. I'll never eat there again.

You could tell the staff was new and somewhat in training. The girl was very nice and young at the register. I could tell she was having it rough with a few customers who thought their ____ didn't stink. The manager was doing all she could to train and run the restaurant smoothly. Sandwiches were mid at best and the fries tasted like fryer cleaner and were inedible. I mostly go to Arby’s for their amazing fries but I will not be going back to this location anytime
