I want to rep for Bandana's but every time I either eat here or order with someone, the service is terrible to non-existent and/or the food is not as good as it has been in the past, especially with portion size.I love that you have BBQ chicken!!! I love your sauces, sides, and pie. Your sweet potato fries are super yummy.But the fact that ordering and picking up seems borderline impossible because whoever is working is in an empty store just talking to one person at the bar ignoring you or on their phone or nowhere to be seen is :(
Food/Taste/ - ordered a rack of ribs to go. Well cooked with tender meat and a sweeter glaze/rub. The ribs were separated per bone already so it was easy to eat. We tried the different sauces and they all felt like they tend towards the sweeter end. - super friendly service at the bar taking our to-go order!Ambiance: n/a - ordered food to go. Spacious location with city themed decorations. Clean overallValue for price: 5/5 - good food, friendly and quick service!

Our bartender Anna was so sweet so enthusiastic! I had never been here before, didn’t know what to order or to drink. She recommended and made me a delicious drink and I had yummy meal!! Very satisfied with my service here! This girl was on her A-game!

A very unperfesonial establishment. Employee refused to greet customers and was more worried about his own world and no actual designated pick up location at all for uber eats or as well for door dash. Definitely wouldn't go hear or recommend to anyone. This place obviously doesn't understand the concept of customer service base relation.

I was a regular customer serveral years ago, poor service and closed Mondays. Recently I stopped by and was surprised to see they were open on a Monday. My family had an awesome experience and food was great. Not sure why they changed their hours but it's apparent they hired or trained new staff....I'll be a regular again as long as they treat customers as guests, and for the last few visits it's been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY SUGGEST.

I really like their sweet potato fries. The bbq sandwiches were better imo before they switched to the toasted bread. I preferred the buns. Could they not have a option you could choose for yourself? I love the bbq sauces you choose for yourself on the tables. The service needs some work as all the times I've visited they have been lacking. Either they are under staffed or the staff is goofing off. Either way it affects business in a bad way.

I chose to order online and pick up for my family of four before a ballgame. It was perfect! It was right on time, and the Budget Buster options on the menu made it cheaper than fast food!
Drinks never came but was charged for it. The bbq chicken sandwich was the driest meat I’ve ever been served covered in a thick bad tasting bbq sauce. There was almost no staff, one server who told us she was alone and needed help and one manager who was also trying to cook. There were maybe 3 other people there besides us so we took this as a sign we would not be returning.
