Well 3 rd time isn’t a charm after all. I just want a burger without cheese and every time they thought It was fixed from the cheeseI get a dried up shriveled patty . And this time waitress said it was different cooks, no .. it’s a fast gritty frozen patty. I told her I don’t want itit was nothing like the first it was horrible.

They turned away our party of 6 at 8:55pm, Thurs, Mar. 14th, after we'd gone online to join the waitlist & they said "no wait, come on in!" Cuz they were understaffed supposedly, very disappointed
The only problem was the hamburgers were order “pink” , the hamburgers were cooked well done. Easy to order online and the order was ready when I arrived. The “3 for me” is a bargain.

I placed an order on line (to go section), and after I arrived, I followed the instruction that were promptly given to me as soon as I place my order. My food was out shortly. It’s wonderful. I love your chicken strip basket! Your staff is excellent. They’re courteous, friendly, and very efficient!Parking: Right up next to the building! ?

Just don’t go. NO customer service and mediocre food, at best.
If I could give NO STARS I definitely would. My servers body language told it all to begin with. Not happy to help. The manager was worse. A manager by the name of Craig let me know that there was nothing they could do to resolve our issue with my son disliking his food order. The managers exact words were, "This is what you ordered and this is how our mac and cheese is." No further explanation or offer to resolve in anyway given. All meanwhile having a very condescending attitude with complete disregard for hospitality as a whole. Will never be back here!

The food look very nice but the quality was mixed. My wife and I had great steaks and sides. The chicken strips one of the kids at the table had were fine but not amazing which is surprising as I always love chicken strips. The fries weren't as crisp as I tend to like. Overall it was okay. Half the dishes in our larger group were well received and half were mediocre.
