The food order was correct. The service was not the best. Asked for ranch instead of BBQ sauce or horseradish for my roast beef sandwich.. She said it would be .35 cents. I was not getting the other two sauces. She got manager. Manager said I needed to get one of those sauces. There was no way the computer would let me have ranch. And she is a manager?? She did end up letting me get ranch after I told her to just take my meal off ticket.

I bought a single cheese butter burger with French fry and a drink for $9.15 What struck me as odd? Is it the food beat me to my table? And and the actual meat inside the burger was not hardly warm. It didn't melt the cheese once I just. I just didn't understand that when they pride themselves. I'm not making your food till you order. There is no chance. If they got that burger cooked in forty five seconds and out to my table.The fries were hot and they were good.I just moved to Southern Illinois.This is my first time eating at Culver's.So many places to eat around here and the food tastes so good that I won't be returning to Culver's because I don't find it to be valued driven at all.There wasn't an overabundance to French fries.That burger wasn't really big and for $9.15.I can do better anywhere else.And i'm willing to bet as the food's all gonna be hot at the next place I eat

Culver's is always a solid option. The staff is very polite and the man working the window at 1:50 pm today (Wes) went above and beyond with his customer service. His attitude made a slow day much more enjoyable.

First time at a Culvers, I ordered a single cheeseburger and value basket. fries were hot, The burger was not.The food came out before I even hit my chair.The bun was warm the meat Patty was not.It wasn't even hot enough to begin to melt the cheese.It was a good flavor but I had to question why the meat was not hot.Saturday afternoon at 12:30, not very busy at all.Price paid $9.15 for a single burger a soda and fries.Just not enough value for me to ever come back.Just moved to the Southern Illinois area.And there seems to be a lot of really good places to eat here.I'm glad I tried this one but I believe that they are believing their own hype.

Tried the walleye special...never tried walleye before...really bland taste despite the tangy tartar sauce...also, fries were lukewarm at best; I worked the grill in a similar restaurant to pay for college and I would never serve old/barely warm fries...below Culver's usual

The food is really good. We had burgers via drve through. No more teeny burgers for us at the other drive throughs. It takes a little longer, but the plate is filling.Of course, the ice cream selection is large and makes great shakesIt's very easy to get to right off 13.
2nd time visiting this place and every time we come the employees are very happy. Laughing and smiling. The food was phenomenal. I look forward to coming again.
