Food is good. I have yet to have a drink from here that was good. Coffee always tastes burnt or overly sweet even when asked to be not as sweet. Other drinks taste way too chemically.

I am not going back to this Dunkin Donuts for a while. There was a girl at the drive-thru with dark hair in a ponytail, glasses and tattoos up her arms that could not have been more rude for absolutely no reason at all. Even when I told her to have a good day after she couldn't even say thank you to us she literally rolled her eyes at us when she misunderstood our drive thru order on a rainy day. She did not reply back to me telling her to have a good day. She did not say thank you- nothing at all. I'm sorry if another customer was rude to her that day but I went out of my way to be nice to her and she still snubbed us. I did not deserve her cruddy attitude. I have no idea what her big attitude was for but Dunkin Donuts can say thank you to her because they just lost a group of customers due to her. I'm not paying them for the employee to be rude to the customers. To top it off our iced coffee tastes like really watered-down coffee. These are the worst drinks I've ever ordered at Dunkin Donuts. Such a shame because this is the only Dunkin in our area.UPDATE: After 6 years, I've started going back to Dunkin. Besides running out of donuts in the afternoon (such a shame for later in the day donut cravings... not everyone eats donuts in the am,) I've been quite pleased with this location from coffee to donuts and everything in between. The staff are super friendly and very helpful when trying to choose and get specialty drinks just right. I have gone back several times recently, so keep up what you are doing, Dunkin!On a side note, the restaurant is very clean as well.

I placed a 25 dollar order in drive thru, I was trying to pay with a 100, its all I had - They wouldnt take it .. so they wasted all the coffee i ordered and sent me on my way lol, Awesome !

We went through the drive through and they said they didn't have our order even after us listing out every individual donut...but when we walked inside they just said oh and handed us our order...not sure if they're just not fully awake or what...maybe they should try a coffee

All of the Subways in Carbondale suck!!!!!! None of them will accept any type of coupons, so until they do, I will be spending at businesses outside that city who will accept coupons!!!!

This is a customer service shoutout! My friend and I went in for a quick breakfast before work. I was wearing my Snoopy Red Cross shirt. He was wearing his SIU shirt. Ms Stephanie, the manager, offered to give us a dozen donuts for our respective teams. Then, she offered to help with our respective organizations whenever we needed. The staff were fast and courteous as well. Stephanie, you are an amazing leader! We thank you for all you do for Carbondale and your patronage!

If I could give 0 stars I wouldFirst cup no flavor like I ordered. 2nd cup the coffee was weak like water. Every experience is just worse than the time before. Oh and did I mention my Christmas cup in August (smh). This is the service you get when businesses don’t have competition. Looking forward to a 2nd Dunkin location in Carbondale!

I dont know if the drive thru cashier stole our money or she accidentally made a mistake. 2 coffees, medium and small, total came close to $10. She mentioned the ice coffee was $1 and pretty sure they have no coffee that cost $8.

Best dunkin French vanilla iced coffee yet... and we have had them from all over the country so we really do know ... second would be in Clearwater Beach florida...Florida.... last place Def. Goes to the dunkin in durango colorado... but this one In carbondale illinois is the bomb!! 5 stars no problem.... always fast and accurate.
