Freddy's never disappoints. The food was nice. I really appreciated the staff's patience & courtesy. We arrived late after a mid-week church service & we never felt hurried or pushed out. We actually apologized because the staff just starting cleaning & never said anything about us being present after closing time. Good customer service has been hard to encounter since Covid. Thanks Freddy's & the manager that night (3/11).P.S. The Chocolate Brownie Delight should come with a warning label. 'Might result in chocolate overdose'.

We walked in and were greeted in a friendly manner, my boyfriend went up to order and a young lady named Ena Cence took his order. She was extremely rude and unfriendly the entire time, did not acknowledge his existence until he started talking and did not smile or say thank you once. For the prices the customer service could have been 100x better, if you don’t enjoy your job and can’t show basic respect and service.. then QUIT.

Food is great. Burgers and fries are awesome. Something is wrong with the drive-through, it is extremely hard to understand the person that's taking your order. Food has been great every time. Hot, fresh, juicy burgers, and the orders have always been accurate when I have ordered.

i worked for this company for 2.5 years Christy was awsome she donated to my mother's funeral anyways I worked there for 2.5 years I never missed a day other than when I contracted COVID from a sick coworker that the new GM refused to send home even the health department agreed with that and a few other days that I had doctors notes for then one day I was told that M&M custard was going corporate fine I stuck with them. watched my mother bleed out internally and didn't even realize it until it was to late. never took any time off until the day she passed away. then all the bs started the gm has always been a gaslighting narcissistic ass but I stayed tolerated the blame for all his faults for a while I started calling him as well as others out on their lack of care for the store. then one day a smart mouth kid was making fun of a guest and was rudeling interrupting me while correcting a newbie so I called him out and it reached hr and without hearing my side of the story I was gonna receive the write-up. so ok fine I kept working watching shift managers not mop lobby floors at all for over a year the bathrooms were rarely cleaned at all and management did not care. then one day I got sick and woke up late to the gm texting me asking me if I quit and I plainly said no I did not quit I'm sick throwing up and all I can't come in today ( policey says throwing or dieharea don't come in) so I did not then I find out that id been taken off the schedule for no reason and was told I quit um excuse me I said I did not quit plainly if anything a write up for not calling in but others have missed days at a time and never got wrote up or told they quit anyways I've tried several time to reach out to kayla in hr by phone and email been ignored all the way around but I tried to reach out to discuss the lies and bs coming from this store I've bent over backward for this store and never got no gratitude nor recognition for it they just want to sit back and listen to the gaslighting narcissistic lies from a gm that picks and chooses people that wont stand up to his lies like he trained he done this or that he so full off shit lots and lots of good people left because of him all he wants to do is sit in his office and watch the cameras or go out side and sit in his car and smoke pawn his work off on everybody else do nothing and take all the credit. never got on the line to help left me drowning because i stayed when every body else left id be the only one on the line when bus loads would come in and run up front to help but never on the hot line when they needed help up until seymore was district manager then he started moving a little but only when he was around as faithfull as i was to your company and i get shit on because hr don't want to return calls or emails you all got to be kidding mangers like that keep there jobs while people under him are to scared to speak up I'm not i worked 6 day a week and only got 30 hr paychecks you guys suck for a corporate office to scared to tell what made me eneligble for rehire after he told lies about me but a guy that comes in higher than a kite on meth tripping over his own feet and causing argument on the line in front of your guest then no call no show for two or three days a week works 2 days putting a strain on the one that do show up can be rehired but i get sick i cant be rehired and hr wont return my calls or email since oct so I'm guessing you all like treating your employees like shit and letting a guy be a manger that does what he does and gets away with if that is how it is thats fine cause you couldn't pay me enough to go back to that store that store has went straight to hell since he got there, but i did forget all hr cares about is the numbers not the store or the employees. well so far chipotle does free food everyday plus all the benefits. sorry you all felt that way but why are you to scared to send an email atleast and that new wineoh dm ain't much better cant even get her contact info so piss off M&M custard i

We visited Freddy's on12/16/2023. Food was terrible and the dining area was so filthy. I had to get some napkins and wet them to clean the table. Both trash cans were overflowing with trash. I had both of my grandkids and they wanted shakes for dessert and the cups were only half full for the price I paid. I'll never step foot in that Freddy's again. I spent $ 50.00 for 3 of us and it was horrible.

We've ate at a different location in Marion IL our first time and it was delicious. So we seen that Carbondale had one and we went there expecting the same and it was not the food was greasy and sloppy the resteraunt was the same not clean.The custard was awesome thats all I can give them.

We visited Freddy's on12/16/2023. Food was terrible and the dining area was so filthy. I had to get some napkins and wet them to clean the table. Both trash cans were overflowing with trash. I had both of my grandkids and they wanted shakes for dessert and the cups were only half full for the price I paid. I'll never step foot in that Freddy's again. I spent $ 50.00 for 3 of us and it was horrible.
