I had a bit of a mix up ordering on the site and the order didn't go to their system.Everyone there was extremely nice about the situation and turned my bad experience into a good one! For real the people working there were so great!
I was so excited to find this establishment today as I was waiting for my Quatro’s pizza. A one-time fan of Crumbl, I wanted to try Insomnia. I ordered 6 cookies. Not impressed. The cookies were layered on each other in the small cardboard box. The flavors were mingled too much. The lemon was just a hint of lemon, the oatmeal was just ok, the double chocolate was so-so. Cookies are great. Brownie was still a little cold in the center, which I'll take it over burning my mouth. They are expensive for the size the cookies are, but a really good treat every once in a while. Glad to see they have gluten-free options too.
