Not sure if it is the app or the staff, but the last 3 times I have ordered my order has been wrong. Used to love ordering Jimmy Johns and picking it up from here, but not so much anymore.

I ordered a sandwich at 8:02 it's 9:22 and I still don't have my food I understand it can get busy but I never had to wait this long and when I call they tell me it's on the way I'm never ordering from this place again

The best chain for sandwiches. Rated four stars because they won't deliver to my house and I live in Carbondale they won't deliver to anything west of emerald Lane exactly where the tippers would be.

The food is always good, but the restaurant's motto is "Freaky Fast". Sending out multiple delivery orders at once to the point where it takes almost an hour to receive your food is honestly ridiculous. They wont deliver if you are more than 5 minutes away from the store so that they can stay "Freaky Fast" but then they take forever to bring you your food. If you want fast delivery, i don't recommend this Jimmy Johns

Not sure what was going on, but it wasn't working. Except for the person making the sandwiches; that person was fine. I almost walked out. The music was so loud the person who (finally) took my order couldn't hear me (shouting) my order and I couldn't hear him.That's the first time I've had a bad experience but it was weird enough that here I am.

Love the food. I may only be in my mid 40's, but does the music have to be cranked up so loud in that it's hard to concentrate on what to order & actually try having a conversation with the cashier. Other than that & the panhandling outside the store, both in the back entrance & the front public sidewalk.

Been waiting for 2 hours for new sandwhich to come. The first ones bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. They said they will deliver new one. Apparently they had to make fresh bread. But 2 hours later still no
Kids doing lines of coke in a booth and our sandwiches took 20 minutes… for 2 sandwiches… with only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Keep it classy Carbondale. What joke. Sign says “if you want a faster sandwich, make it yourself”… I could have driven back to WI for a sandwich faster.

OMG! You know you never miss something till it is gone! Same goes for food. I didn't think I liked Jimmy John's so much till we moved to a town that only has a Subway. I hate SUBWAY! It's all in the bread. I guess the service is ok as far as a fast food place can be. As far as the ambiance it's time for Subway to move to the future and redo all its stores. That's a why I think Jimmy John's is the best!
