Sadly the service is what overshadowed this one. Terrible! The one thing that really stands out is a good McCallisters Sweet tea. Man it makes anyone’s day better. We go into the restaurant and made our order. The lady taking our order, told us the drinks would be ready over there. So we stepped over to the side and waited. And waited. She took 2 more orders and nothing…our food comes out. It’s just meh…and we asked for our teas again. They said oh ya! Just one second. We will bring it to you. We start eating so our food doesn’t get cold. STILL no tea. We go up and try to get someone’s attention. (The meal is literally over 3/4 eaten) the lady at the drive through says “oh you’re the ones wanting the teas- hang on” went back to the drive through and got teas for them and then FINALLY called for someone to make teas for us. Man…not the McAlister I remember. We won’t return.

I just order with the app and go inside to pick my food up. They have a shelf for the pickup orders, so you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. The vegetarian potato is amazing!!

My mom and I went to this location yesterday. Marlee took our order and was very patient and kind. Our food came out very good, the manager Jade came to check on us a few times and was very friendly. We loved our experience! Jade and Marlee definitely boosted our experience!

Drive thru took 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and only a few cars in the lot. Ordered the deluxe nachos. So terrible! Guacamole was brown. No sour cream Chips were soggy. Just terrible. They used to be a good place to eat. This is my second try recently. Won't be back.

My grandma loves McAlister's but I have never really gave it a chance. My friend and I went to dine inside and had an awesome experience!All the workers we talked to were super down to earth and kind! We told them it was our first time and they explained everything to us on the menu. They also told us they have free wifi and it is a good place to study.I noticed they had outlets so you could set up your laptop or charge your phone. They also had a variety of seats depending on your preference (high top, booth, or chairs).They have a zone for kid stuff with activities and toys as well and the workers seem to like kids and be kid-friendly.I am taking off one star because the hand sanitizer at the front was empty :(
