They were incredibly busy...I had to go get my own drink twice. Waitress seemed extremely overwhelmed and inattentive. Food was okay.

Came for pizza after watching the eclipse and the poor place was getting obliterated. There were so many people but the staff was friendly and was working hard to get it done. The pizza wasn't my favorite but I'm picky and it's definitely me not them. I loved bringing home the cups as souvenirs.

We were in town for the eclipse and decided to seek out some authentic Chicago-style pizza. Based on glowing reviews, we chose Quantro's. The wait for a table was long, about an hour, and it took another hour after ordering to receive our pizza. While the pizza was pretty good, I wouldn’t call it Chicago deep dish and, I'm not sure it completely lived up to the hype or justified the two-hour wait. However, Quantro's offers a quaint, local vibe, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, which made the wait more bearable. This was especially true coming off the excitement of watching the eclipse. While the wait times were a bit much, the overall experience wasn't bad.

Every time we're in Illinois, we make it a point to visit this place, and it's always fantastic! Fresh veggies, flavorful sauce, and plenty of cheese make for an unbeatable combination. Highly recommended!
