This is the best Starbucks in the area, possibly the best in Southern Illinois. Always spot on, fast and courteous staff. The staff have the ability to provide an excellent experience and they do every day. The store across town needs to take pointers from this place.
They are super sweet people everywhere I have to go I have to make sure everything is gluten free so when I ask and I explained to them why I'm asking they always tell me not to worry about asking and not to feel bad about it because I know it can be annoying to some but very thankful to this company for showing love to just regular customers

I come here more than I'd like to admit and don't normally leave reviews for chains. With that said, This Starbucks has an exceptional staff and my orders are always made quickly and correctly. I have been a baristas in the past and I love espresso with a passion. I don't do dairy milk and I trust this crew so much that I never even have to double check before I take a sip.
