I used to work at subway and let me tell you, this place was awful. As I come back as a customer, the workers are rude and nasty. They are racist to not only their workers but to the costumer's. They are so mean and rude! I would never recommend coming here or eating here. The manager is even worse than the food and I got food poisoning... STAY AWAY!Wheelchair accessibility: No wheel chair accessibility, they have two doors you need to open and they won't help you with it.

I came in and got a sandwich, and the worker there was very nice to me. She listened to what I wanted on my sandwich (a Chicken Bacon Ranch), and gave me extra ranch. She conversed with me about the cookies. Elyse, the worker, was very quick and kind. I got my meal and left within 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
The night shift is so high they are barely functioning they somehow can't make a basic sandwich and toast it why even stay open at this point

My experience is too long to place here. But I was charged about $10 or more over what I paid the last time for 2 footlong meals and a 6" meal. Plus charged for different types of sandwiches because I didn't have them made like they are listed on the menu board. And then was told it was due to prices and taxes going up a few days ago.

This is THE Subway to go to. Tons of fresh veggies, extremely friendly service, large parking lot, and huge dining room replete with leather couches, fireplace, and TV. 10 stars out of 5 - highly recommend!

Good food, very nice & patient gentlemen that took my order earlier tonight. ?Although, everything else was pretty good I do think the owner or whomever runs this Restaurant, should have more then one person at night if anything were to happen to the night shift worker or give the night shift workers a pay raise for even staying their by his or her self with how bad people are at night.

Went through drive thru the nside was closed ordered Italian footlong toasted with pepperoni spinach and mustard I was asked 2 repeat which I did got it home it had 7 pepperoni lite jalapenos and green peppers which I didn't ask 4 I also ordered a protein bowl with tuna n received 2 scoops of tuna which normally comes with 4 tried 2 call after I got home n no answer so we went back the young man that took our order says they don't give refunds asked 4 the manager he says there's no manager asked 4 the managers name n a time they would b at the store he says they don't give the name or a time the managers there we go 2 the 3 Subways n Carbondale often but this was the worst ever not sure what's goin on but this was a horrible waste of my hard earned money.
