Store closes at 9pm... my family of 4 gets our ice-cream and sit, take a few bites of our ice-cream just for the employee to come up to us and tell us "you have to go, we are closed..." It was 8:49, we just sat.. I asked what time they close (even though I knew because I googled before going) and she said 9.. Regarding the DQ on Army Trail Rd. in Carol Stream: get more employees to take orders and ring up people as there are always lines out the door in the evening and on weekends. PLUS, and this is a BIG PLUS, when you get these additional employees, get everyone in a meeting, old and new, and teach them all how to say, "Thank you"! It is not that hard and it goes a long way.
