You guys please focus on drive tru orders more ! The person taking the order seems to have a problem focusing. I repeated my order three times and when it was time to pick it up from the window, it was missing, whatever.

I went through the drive-thru this morning (09/04) and when I got home they both of my ice coffees tasted watery. So I went back to have them remade, I thought they tasted better, but it turns out all the syrup was just in the bottom of the cups. After stirring them, they were just as watered down as the first time. To make things worse neither of the two ladies there spoke a word of English, so how would it even be possible for them to fix my problem if they don’t have a clue what I’m telling them?

My favorite Dunkin’, not only because is only blocks away from my home but because there is this lady in the mornings that always wishes you a nice day with a smile, she always tells me, see you tomorrow… she knows I’m there almost every day and her vibe makes me feel really good.

Anytime you go there there's nobody behind the cashier's counter to purchase gasoline they come walking from around the corner I don't understand that maybe they're scared worry about getting robbed of course this is broad daylight and then they try to be oh hi how are you don't bother me

Really bad customer service. I’ve been purchasing coffee from this place for a long time but until now they’re starting to make my drinks wrong and when I tell them that is made wrong, they tell me that it’s not supposed to have any sweetener when I purchased them I asked for a sweetener of any flavor and then when I go back to get the right drink, they edon’t want to give it to me, even though they told me over the phone that I will get a new drink.

For some reason when I go there I don't get what I ask for. Today I asked for a medium hot butter pecan with cream. I got medium warm pumpkin spice with cream. I asked for a maple donut I get a pink frosted, I asked for a sweet cream filled I get a custard, WTF. It's not hard, take order, place order, check order, hand order to customer. Repeat order as you hand it to customer.
