They lie about their hours because they have a car full of their friends waiting for them outside and they don’t want to do their job. Close 20 min before scheduled time and then look at you like you’re the bad guy. Businesses used to be upfront about hours and then lock doors afterwards to clean and count down. Now it’s just garbage

Just as an FYI, they will only deliver if its less than a 5 minute drive from the store. If your in their delivery area, it takes less time to drive over there and pick up the food than 'freaky fast' delivery.

Got a veggie sub. Opened it in the car to make sure my extras were added and realized they did not add avocado. Went back in to the store showed the employee so they gave me ‘side’. This is what I got as a side of avocado. LOL! Smh. Should have just gone to Augustino’s.

I'm a friend of a resident living at Belmont Village (next door) and this elderly lady asked me to grab her a sandwich and handed me a $50 bill. They refused to take it. Do I look like a criminal?

Litterally last 2 orders have taken an hour. I could have ordered from anywhere and it would have made it faster. Horrible service. Get food elsewhere

Three different times we attempted to go to this JJs location. It's a Wednesday. It's a busy street. It's 7:15pm. Once the light was out. Once we missed the turnoff (not super convenient). Third time lights were on, got in and said they were closed. 7:15pmMaybe most are freaky fastBut this location. Freaky frustrating.And now there won't be a forth attempt.Love JJs but as sadly it's a poor reflection on the chain and three strikes for this location
