I told the girl I wanted mashed potatoes, and she gave me fries. Normally, I wouldn't care, but I was really craving the mashed potatoes, which is the whole reason I went there.... So that ticked me off. On top of that, my chicken nugget sucked And they've forgotten my sauce After he literally asked me at the window....cmon, guys, do better its not much to ask!!!

The KFC in the burbs are built differently than the city. Same energy but portion wise, this place is about that size. Excellent staff too. Chicken Littles for life! Their wraps when available are worth stopping for every time.

We asked for 1 number 8 and 2 extra sides of mash potatoes and coleslaw, we clearly saw the cashier adding the 4 sides but when we got the food 2 sides were missing. When we asked for what we ordered, a manager name Luis came out and in a very rude manner said it was what we asked for, no giving any option to us or even apologized for the mistake. We are not coming back ever, even though we were the only three customers in the place in a Saturday afternoon, they couldn’t managed to handle the situation. We couldn’t even talk to a manager, you wonder why? Because we were told he is the manager! Very disappointed experience.

I had to return to the counter and wait for a lemonade, not available at the fountain.No one asked if we needed honey for our biscuits.I was given a three piece dark meat combo though I requested a light meat and then told I had ordered a dark meat combo! The person originally serving me did not even come back to the counter when, after waiting patiently and no one came back to help me and I called out wrong order, please help. Do, how did the next person know what I ordered?Parking: Very few spaces available for as many businesses are in this mini mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Pull doors only accessibility. Even doorways but doors are heavy. Bathroom accessibility is also with pull open doors
Hot fresh and delicious! I don't do a lot of reviews on fast food but being new to the area I did search for reviews and this doesn't show well. It's by far the closest to us and the newer reviews looked better so we gave it a whirl! Totally good - I don't know if this is a recent change or if we got a lot of snarky people giving bad reviews but please do not listen to them! We ordered ahead for a bucket of chicken 3 sides and biscuits! Everything was fresh super tasty and HOT. Order was accurate too! Zero complaints and happy to have a good kfc by us! Will definitely order again!
