I placed a mobile order and the items on the order were not available at the restaurant so instead of getting my money back or something else being offered they refused to do both and stole my money.

Yall really need some new management to get these people in gear and work like they deserve the pay. Too many times has there been wrong orders, food prepared incorrectly, even giving straight-up watery pop. The piss-poor service that is given does not justify the sometimes-long wait in the drive-thru. Do better, yall. Act like you deserve the pay and get a manager that actually cares.

Everytime I go through the drive through, they screw up my order! They gave me 2 sausage biscuits, but no sausage!!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Drive-thru- quarter ponder w/cheese added Mayo, large fries asked all to be fresh. Fries perfectly cooked quarter ponder ice cold cheese was hard, sandwich had an old taste. Been eating here for over three years and never had a problem. But this time was a bad time for me to get cold food after being in the Hospital for my ill mother, this just added another layer of angrieness and sadness. Will never go back because of this one incident. Sad smh!!!

Don’t usually like to leave bad reviews. But I’m livid. I used the mobile app to order mine and my sons lunch. We got very basic things( happy meal and McDouble) and ordered 10 minutes prior to showing up to pick it up. I got there and spent 20 minutes at pick up window 2 waiting on my mobile order. When I finally got attention from a McDonald’s member they told me they were still working on it. Absolutely outrageous. Plenty of people ordered their food after me and received it before I got mine. The fries were cold and old. Wish I took the receipt to leave a negative survey. Never again.
