Two women working here too busy gossiping than making orders and having a little boy running around hot machines that’s a safety hazard the order was supposed to be ready 5 minutes ago and due to her not working efficiently she said it’s going to be 10 more minutes

When I entered the restaurant to pickup my order, there was a small child walking around in the kitchen. The child was walking around barefoot in a diaper (not wearing pants).

If I can rate a zero I would. So unprofessional I ordered a delivery wait almost more than an hour for it. I called and the driver himself said he left it outside. Like what?? You couldn’t bother calling?? I called back and the so called manager said that was the best thing she could think of to do. Didn’t apologize for their mistake literally tried to justify why things went wrong. Pizza was never outside lol omg never again first and last time ordering here

Deshaun was probably the nicest employee that I've had the pleasure of ordering from! Was super patient with me when ordering, and even explained that we could save money if we purchased the box meal instead of individually ordering. I'd give ten stars if could to his service! Someone give him a raise!

Pizza was good. The worker was friendly and gave me some plates just in case. Which came in handy because I just moved. It was ready pretty fast.

Believe the reviews, order elsewhere. I moved to Carol stream 7 months ago and while this town is seriously lacking in good pizza places, I've tried this Pizza Hut twice. First time was bad, but months later I decided to try it again when I was in a pinch and $27 for a MEDIUM pizza with three sauces. 2 toppings. They don't accept franchise coupons from what I've tried on the app. This pizza is actual trash, no flavor, and I'd prefer an $8 frozen pizza from the store. After trying it twice, I'll never be back again.

?????I went to pick up my food and I saw a rat in their kitchen. DISGUSTING. Never Again....I also saw baby stuff at the front area....I don't know if they're using this spot as a daycare on the side but someone has turned that front desk area into to play pen.

Ordered 1 large pizza and 1, 2 liter of Diet Pepsi. Got it delivered. Driver brought me my pizza and no Diet Pepsi. So he said he would be back with it. A short time later he returned and brought 2, 2 liters of regular Pepsi. Told him I asked for Diet Pepsi. He then went on to tell me it’s been a long day and then had the audacity to ask for a tip but not after telling me to request him for next time. Their won’t be a next time. Apparently drivers don’t check orders before leaving the restaurant to make sure they have everything. I’ll order from somewhere else next time.
