This store sends out coupons in the clipper magazine but they send them to the people that lives Schaumburg, Streamwood, Hoffman Estates, Hanover Park, Bartlett, Elk Grove Village and Roselle but they don't deliver to you at all why are you sending your coupons in my mailbox when I live in Schaumburg IL and This store banned by the Hanover Park Rosatis to Pass North Army Trail Rd just like the Hanover Park store can't go pass Lake St because of the Schaumburg Wise Rd Store

After ordering food from this establishment for over 30 years, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food is very greasy, delivery staff do not follow instructions and cannot be trusted, regarding your food. Since management and staff changes this place is not fit for human consumption. If you have a dog or cat put the italian beef meat in front of your pet, and they will walk away from something supposed to be meat, and that is definitely a red flag. Abe the owner does not have proper customer service etiquette nor ethical manners either. I suggest you do the test with this so called italian beef meat and watch your dog or cat turn and walk away. Please order your food from another business other than a franchise as such.

The food is greasy and not like the original Italian owners this place is run by people who are from India and do not share the same professional attributes as businesses are supposed to represent. If you go inside the so called dining area its not clean nor has the atmosphere of a professional restaurant.So if it is greasy food without the original Italian ingredients or professionalism it once represented then this is your go to place. Food is always cold when delivered the Indian owner lacks professional etiquette.

Service is Great Usually… I walked in there waited 8 minutes for someone to come to the register. No one came. Guy in back working. Decided to leave because they took to long to help one customer.

The food is great ads usual but can we get some consistency with the pizza slices, one day they're perfect and the next it looks like a deep dish slice. Don't need a giant crust or a double dough slice
1st time ordering from Rosati's in a long time and it will be the last. Food was not hot and very soggy fries . Very disappointing ?

Tonight this little place was recommended so we thought we’d give it a try. We were glad we did and I’d be so glad to tell you why.The young man who waited on us was not only courteous and professional..but also very personable. The thin crust classic combo was tasty with the perfect crunch, and breaded chicken wings were deliciously spicy!I appreciated that the estimated time of completion was precise as I arrived to pick up my order I noted they were just cutting and boxing my pizza. The woman who was boxing my pizza noticed I was looking her way…she acknowledged my glance with the sweetest smile. Yep…this place gave us really great customer service and the food did not disappoint!Parking: Small strip mall area with good parking spaceWheelchair accessibility: One level

Terrible delivery experience. We ordered a pizza, fried ravioli and chopped salad. When the food arrived it was cold. Apparently the driver cant count from 1 to 10 and knock on door 8. Furthermore we were missing my wife's meal, the chopped salad! When i called the driver and asked if he had the salad he said "Um.....i dont know". A fine answer for a child attending school but an unacceptable answer for grown ups in business. So i called the restaurant and suggested to cancel the order if it was going to be longer than 15 minutes and they told me the driver would be there in 5 minutes. 45 minutes passes by and our food is cold waiting for my wifes salad so we can eat together as a family. No salad still. I called and got a refund for the salad even though i feel that we should have been refunded for the whole meal given that none of us ate this cold garbage. $80 for 3 menu items isnt worth it. You can dine in a finer restaurant for that.

I use to love Rosati's pizza from the Elmhurst location. I ordered a sausage pizza from the carol Stream and it was terrible. I couldn't believe it. The sausage had like bone pieces in it and barely any sauce compared to normal. It was like the pizza was just thrown together and with old ingredients that were just sitting around for a while or made in properly. Unless Rosati's all together changed the way they make pizza. I will not go back to the carol stream location. Sad since I just moved to Carol Stream and used to order Rosati's but now I won't and no closer locations. Very disappointingVegetarian options: Pasta, veggie pizza sParking: 6 spots probably it's in a strip mall so you can probably find more spots then that

I come here every once in a while for a by-the-slice pizza. There's a couple high top tables right by the front window. But if you want to be wowed, get the thin crust. I recently ordered two 24"(I think) thin crusts for my guys in the shop and everyone enjoyed them. Great pizza.
