Spent over $17 plus a tip for a Caesar salad with chicken last night and was told it fed two. Was a handed a bag with the salad for takeout and when opened (in the car) I could not believe how small a portion it was and further more how 'simple' it looked when I arrived home. I was so upset, I went to Jewel food store and was able to get a batch of romaine lettuce and fresh grilled 8 pieces of chicken for just over $12 to feed two with left overs. Wow.. What a concept.Lesson learned .. 1.) DO NOT purchase from Rosati's on Geneva Road in Carol Stream and secondly, may the consumer be even more aware and vigilant about going to eat or takeout. We all know this but to experience this at the infamous 'Rosati' level was more appalling.

The pizza was not the best. Very little toppings and the crust was doughy. For the price I am very unsatisfied. The lady who took the order was extremely rude. The only positive of this experience was the delivery driver. It will be a very long time if I ever order again, if ever.

My husband and I needed a new pizza place, so we decided to try this Rosati location. Amazing service, ordered over the phone, and fast delivery. The food was amazing! We had a coupon too and it was honored. The prices are a bit high, but not as terrible as other pizza places in the area. We will order again!

Unlike the Glendale Heights garbage Rosati's that gave me food poisoning from their wings then said that I imagined it, this one at least has some seating options. Also has indie slices. But still way too pricey for pizza. Oh and multiple times their spices are barely warm. Not going there again.

Not all Rosatis are created equal, this location is hands down at the top of the list. Thin crust Chicago style pizza at its best. Thin crust, extra thin crust, well done crust, whatever you ask for they delivery every time. The staff, all of them, top notch and very friendly. The bar area reminds me of Cheers. All around a great time!
We chose a simple cheese and sausage pizza. It had a perfect crispy crust and just the right amount of tomato sauce and sausage. Delicious!

Terrible experience with this Rosati‘s, was delivered this pizza and when I called to Explain what happened with my pizza the manager of the store said “ this is how we’ve been making pizzas for over 30 years“ unapologetic and rude!!! Do better , if you don’t like your job find a new one not dealing with people!!!! I will never be ordering from this place ever again the manager needs to be replaced!!! ASAP

Customer service stink Katie was very terrible at customer service! It was giving very much rasist hoping the owner sees this then when I reached out to the manager she acted as if I was in the wrong because Katie lied and said I never entered the restaurant but really when I walked in she acted like I dint exist.she dint have anyone at bar but the individuals that had already been served which was only 4 Caucasian males she was laughing with. She completely ignored me . I do believe when you walk into restaurants good customer service is hi I’ll be with you in one moment we’re short staffed but I’ll get to you in a minute. Nothing. No communication whatsoever! So that’s why I walked out and called into the restaurant. I dint know she was the only person there until I had to call into the restaurant.looks to me they only make their Caucasian customers feel welcomed I’ll never buy even just a slice of pizza from here if I’m hungry. And it’s nothing else around but this place I’ll travel miles before I come here ever again
