Wanted a Italian herb and cheese bread all they had was white or wheat, 6:00 pm. You could tell that was all they made . They did not honor buy one foot long get one free offer that was the advertised Sunway promotion. Staff way unfriendly.Vegetarian options: Miss not havingshredded carrots, always have to ask for more veggies on sandwich

Five years later I try it again and instead of chicken..i got Roast Beef..DONE with this lication..in fact I'm sticking with Jersey Mike's as I have been doing when I feel like having a fresh, GOID sub!!!!Just not a product I want to be eating..barely any taste, scrimp on meat & cheese...not my thing.

This place doesn’t allow you any Subway promotions! No coupons or promotions of any sort! Good thing there’s others nearby! Not only that but the rudeness wasn’t necessary! She could have been nice in the delivery ! New to the area but quickly googled another even closer to me !
Trying to feed the kids. Ordered two 6 inch subs..meatball and turkey. Young girl at counter was curt and assuming. Was gonna ask what comes on one of the sandwiches and she cut me off saying to wait..as she dressed both sandwiches. Dismissing her rudeness....I asked her to put light mayo on the turkey sandwich. She then put regular mayonnaise as if wasn't standing there watching. I asked her was that light mayo and she said no.. they're out. Like I said. Assuming and rude. Since I was in a hurry I told her never mind, and paid for a sandwich made the wrong way. If u go be ready for the rudeness. I won't. Cuz I'll never go back.

Excuse my Karen type of message but honestly this store doesn't have the right engredients or any of the universal ones other locations have. They do not have Feta Cheese, Swiss or real avocado either. They use a paste that probably comes from frozen avocado. The flat bread tasted so old too. They do not add the fair amount of topins One has to constantly ask to add a bit more. And I dont say this due to wanting a monstrous sandwich but at least one that looks the part of a regular sandwich. Its like they are trying to just save on their end and charge more for a sandwich. SUBWAY should teach the privately owned stores better. Next time Im just choosing another location or simply go to Jersey Mikes.
