This place has gone from bad to worse. Their slogan is “on tropic time” because they are so slow it’s hard to comprehend. I always get the Detox Island Green… it’s green. No idea what this is, but it tastes like water. I won’t be returning, this was a complete waste of $12.

This is a review for my experience placing a drive through order for a chicken bacon and ranch flat bread sandwich. The four stars were earned for good, friendly service. I would give 3 stars for the quality of the flat bread sandwich. It was basically a shredded lettuce sandwich. Honestly, there was no flavor to it. Minimal amount of chicken pieces. I couldn't find the bacon. I could barely taste the ranch dressing. When I got home I doctored up the sandwich by adding more ranch dressing.

Went for first time today... I didn't get a smile or welcome mat but I didn't go in for that... I went for a good delicious healthy ? smoothie... I ordered the Greek Island to detox and it was surprisingly delicious ? in a good size cup (12-16oz)... highly satisfied, I'm going back tomorrow for a fruit energy drink.....

I used to work here, and I know how we make the smoothies I came back to have a smoothie and the guy did not let me pay the up-charge for yogurt and when he put the smoothie in the blender it wasn't blending I expected him to take it out and put some more water or juice from the fruit instead he ignored it and put it a cup and handed it to me when I drank it I could taste the ice that wasn't blended and fruit that wouldn't come up the straw it was like I was eating my smoothie instead of drinking it. I expected them to know it wasn't blended by the sound the blender made instead he ignored it.

Got a smoothie last week from here and it was horrible. The smoothie was all ice with very little fruit. The person who made the smoothie squeezed a lime in the drink and threw the squeezed one back into the new limes. Does not seem very sanitary. I paid $8 for a very sub par smoothie. I reached out to the company to explain my issue. Never hear anything back. Think twice about going to this location.
