There is a White Cottage near where I work in Bensenville and some of my fellow workers order from there all the time. Tasted a slice of their pizza and thought it was very good, I live 12 minutes from the Hanover Park location and have had their pizza twice now and their Linguine with Calamari. Both were outstanding! Fast, friendly service from the girl at the counter - wish I knew her name. I will be going there more often!

The wings were dry but the pizza was excellent when we ordered on 1/26. Tonight 2/2 though was a complete bust. The mushrooms and zucchini were soggy like they didn't even fry them, just blanched. The pizza was just ok.I think I'll give it a rest for a while.✌️Sorry,not

We love White Cottage Pizza. It was one of the first pizza places we tried (it was recommended) when we first moved to the Western Suburbs. We used to go there more frequently; they used to be a lot closer, but moved to Hanover Park a few years ago. But we are still in their delivery zone, so we tend to get delivery now when we have it. I can't comment on the atmosphere because e nave dine in there and most people don't from what I can tell. The staff is usually very friendly and we've had good experiences with their delivery drivers.We are fortunate to have many great pizza options within 10-15 minute radius, and White Cottage is in my top 3 for sure. Always get a consistent, well-made pie! I suggest getting their double-dough with extra cheese and ingredients of your choice - it is awesome! Their stadium size pizza is perfect for families or large groups. They've been in business for a long time, and there is a reason why. I've also tried their location in Wooddale, and it tastes just as good.

4/5 Tasty Alfredo Pasta, but not a fan.I went in for take-out Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pasta, so I can eat and work in my car. The chicken was seasoned well, and the broccoli and pasta were cooked just right. But the Alfredo sauce was a little runny and thin in flavor for my taste. I usually prefer my alfredo sauce a little thicker, creamier, and a stronger cheese taste. It was kind of like eating a creamy soup.The side of bread was just a plan loaf piece, which wasn't bad. It wasn't dry or old. It's a nice piece to compliment the pasta thinner alfedo sauce.Service was great and fast. I was in and out in about 10mins.I don't dislike my lunch. And I'll probably come back to try again in the future.I was just a little let down with my alfedo pasta.

Got the breaded chicken sandwich for the first time and it was so dry. Very hard to eat and very disappointing. My.daughter orders this all the time and said it has never been this bad. I will not order again. We order from you all the time but next time I will stick with the pizza.

Excellent customer service. We decided to try dine in, the atmosphere was great as was the food! The staff on duty was extremely attentive and very welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Extremely poor customer service! We ordered a pizza and 24 wings for pickup. Arrived at pickup time and was told the pizza was burnt. I waited an additional 35 minutes for a new one. Katrina offered a ten dollar credit for our trouble. Finally, the pizza was ready! I got home and realized we did not get the wings we ordered. We called and Katrina apologized they were left in the warmer. I drove back to pick up 24 lemon pepper wings that sat in the warmer for over 90 minutes. Katrina offered to a credit for 24 wings. So now we have $10.00 credit and 24 wings. The Extremely poor customer service begins here. We called to redeem the promised credits for our already poor experience. The manager, Alley, refused to honor the 24 wings and told us Katrina had been fired for giving out too many credits for the mistakes they made. Katrina was not fired and works at the Woodale location.The entire experience led us to forgo the $10.00 only offer from Alley and never again patronize such a poorly run business.Reviews are meant to elevate businesses that work hard to offer quality, food and services at reasonable prices. This is NOT that business. Use your money and time wisely to elevate those businesses who work hard to offer excellent customer service!
